:hello: thought I'd pop my head in and see what everyone has been up too, we have been busy as Jase got so much of the reno/extention done in May it is really looking great, we got Jack christened on the 24th better late than never. Was great we had a huge BBQ after and was a success 25 adults 10 2 year olds, 4 babies under 6 mths and a 4 and 8 yr old the service itself was disappointment first of the preist forgot so we got ahold of him 15min after he was supposed to start then by the time he turned up it was 5.15pm service was for 4pm so we stripped jack down to singlet and jeans and the kids ran amuck but managed to all stay happy
am fairly sure I am in the :2ww: we aren't doing clomid or temping just :bd:like crazy which is great :cryinglaugh:
:welcome: mummychrissy
Caddie OMG those owls are divine, I like the look of giraffe but when I clicked ond etails page wont display :dunno:
anyway best keep moving oh forgot poor jase and jack got gastron bug thats been going round the day after christening and were sick all week, my little man lost 1.5kgs :( he had a bit to spare but was looking so nice and now is all thin again :( he seems to be on the mend now a few yucky poos but no where the degree of the week before
someone asked about highchairs we have a love and care ( Ithink) clip on one its red/black, we use it at agnes mostly but have used it at home occasionally we also take it out for tea, but mostly he uses his highchair, he has had lunch sitting at his little table and chairs but I find he gets a bit distracted
anyways hope your all well

Hey Rach- Have you been back to the FS? Any new plans? Will you try clomid again or something else? We just got Ash christened last Nov, had to much on to organise sooner! Hope those boys of yours have full recovery soon.
mummychrissy- Hi welcome to the group, where abouts in Melb are you? I live in bayside area.
Kell- Hmm, I can't really remember what brand I used, I just remember there was one brand that was more expensive but the pads felt softer and thicker so well worth it in the earlier days. I can't believe how close you are! You dreading the pain part of labour? Labour next time round scares me cause I know now what to expevt, at least first time you're oblivious.
Caddie- Lol, not my hubby its Megs.
Laurin- Yeah Ash undresses thank god she doesn't take nappy off, Ash has only done that once. She'll read her books then throw them over the side, she's happy doing all this she'll stay in there an hour or so before she starts to whinge. Well she'll whinge at the start cause she's done a poo but I tell her its not getting up time and change her in the cot and put her straight back down.
Meg- Oh god, poor DH hope he mends soon! Hes quite sick. I guess if Af is here your not pg this month! We have to be preg buddies remember, we on opposites of cycles cause this is my O week.
Well better go cook dinner.
-
kell...i use maz's breast pads, full time, and they work fabbo.......and i have a BOOB monster here;)
-
shell we saw RE a week after we lost bubs he gave us the green ligh tto go ahead TTC no wait he is also happy for us to do clomid again was our last chance when we got pg but now I have got pg I am allowed to keep using it :dunno:  if AF hasn't reappeared by next thursday I have to go see him, have some b/t and u/s one to check I am not UTD (miracles can happen) and check other things if not UTD and hormones etc fine he will give me something to bring AF on so we can start clomid quite happy to do that he said he hopes I am UTD and the relaxed cycle might help
-
Ahh I can't remember what everyone's said...
All the best with ttc Rach.
How's you FIL Kell? With labour, I figure there's not much you can do about it! It can be worse, because you know what it's like, but I think it can be better too, because you're better equipped to deal with it, you know there's an end, and often a second labour is shorter.
Riv had something in his mouth, and when Rans grabbed him to try fish it out, Riv put on his most stubborn face and swallowed! It was dark coloured, all dark crayons are accounted for though, so I'm stumped about what it was! Anyone know what signs I should be looking out for if he's swallowed something bad?

Wow thats a scary one for you nelle. Um not sure really, pain, discomfort, crying, trouble breathing? Could it have been some food he left stashed?,money,Button. Id be concerned more if it was sharp, metal objects? Shell would be the most knowledgable id say.
Seems to be working ok rach? we have had tech glitches on wahms last couple of days.:)
-
Shell.. yep the pain. Im terrible with pain as it is. Plus the whole thing with Jesse and his heart rate.. all that stuff plays on my mind still and im sure will even more so.
Nelle.. thats a great way to think of it.. you know theres an end.. ill remember that. FIL isnt the best. Had recently started another stronger 75% dose of chemo.. lost 5 kgs in a week.. but theyre taking him off it as its knocking him around too much. I think i mensioned about a year ago about a different treatment they tested him on.. well theyre going to retest to see if they can get him on that as its a different type of cancer now or something. But yeh.. hes lost so much weight.. when i was pregnant with Jesse we use to compair our belly sizes.. his was from beer! but now ive been winning by a mile for ages. Oh dear.. i hope it was just a saltana or something he found from earlier. I guess you just have to look if he's showing any discomfort?
Chrissy.. good to hear its all going well for you and Liam is feeding well!

hey everyone
Just popping in to wave hello
Just so you know , Dh has moved out and wont be moving back in. We have seperated for good. He has been gone for a week now and I am slowly adjusting to being a single mummy
any way i have stuff to do
-
Beatrix - hugs to you hun:hug: I am so sorry to hear about you and DH, you are strong and have your three beautiful girls. Take care of yourself. x
-
Nelle- I'm with what Caddie said look out for discomfort, did it seem like something chewy? At least then you'd know its nothing sharp. Look out in his poo tomor to see what comes out.
Bea- Sorry to hear that. Any chance of the 2 of you sorting things out? You have family around to help you out while you adjust? How are the girls taking it?
Kell- I bet when you have that little girl it'll brighten your fil day. My fil is luckily going ok, the cancer is still there as its inoperable but at least from last check it hasn't grown or spread elsewhere.
Rach- Good luck with it all, fingers crossed you get that BFP before you need clomid again.
-
B..
Shell.. oh thats good to hear about your FIL. Horrible thing that it is! Yeh im so happy we're having a girl for him.. will be the best gift i could ever give him.
-
shelbell3 - I live in the West just off the Calder Freeway near Taylors Lakes. Will be moving to Sydney at the end of next month.
Nelle - I'd go with pain & discomfort while the digestion is taking place, and agree with checking the pooh for anything abnormal being passed - how old is Riv? Easier to check if in nappies, harder if toilet trained!
It is scary when the unknown has happend. DS came in from playing outside last week with a blister on his finger. I was out with him hanging up the washing and he was never upset. It swelled up to look like either a burn (hot water unit??) or bite (spider??) so I took him to the dr's just in case. He thought bite but I am still not convinced either way. No other symptoms so sent home where it got a blister on top of a blister, burst, went all pussy and is still a scab trying to heal up. No idea what happened.

Jett is sick with a pretty bad chest infection and I woke this morning hardly able to swallow or talk. I want to go bury myself somewhere cold. This is THE suckiest part of being a mum, having to soldier on when you feel like death warmed over.
Guess its better now than in 2 weeks when we move.
Bea -
-
Sorry beatrix,i dont know what to say but you can only do whats best for you, maybe the seperation may make dh rethink how much he is missing out on and if not at least your girls will grow up without the parents being unhappy/fighting. As long as dh still spends time with his girls is the main thing.
Annat i have had it for a week now.My girls before that,so house of sick here for a month. I have felt like crawling under a rock but theyd find me!

Hi all,
I am having trouble with my computer so that I can't reald posts properly atm.
I hope everyone is well.
It was nice to see you pop in Kell and Rach.
J seems to be reducing his day sleep as well. Only sleeping for about an hour (as opposed to 3!) but sleeping longer overnight.
-
Jack seems to be dropping his all together  mind you he didn't have 1 on mon tues went down normal time no crying out slept 12hrs, yesterday I felt ill so made him have one with me he had 1 hr 15min went down normal time was still playing up 45min later and only slept 10hrs overnight :dunno: if is coincidence or not
-
I would say that there might be. It seems like he may not need the sleep during that day, but will make it up overnight.
It's a catch 22. I love the long break during the day when he is in bed. I can read the paper, check emails and have lunch in peace. But on the other hand, if he has less day sleep and goes to bed earlier and gets up later in the morning. I like that too!
J is a sleep atm. He was in there for near an hour just playing around. Now that he is asleep, I thought that I would pop my head in and tuck him in... anyway it STINKS in there. He is asleep obviously with a big poo!
Shell - Have you been watching John and Kate Plus 8? It is on every day at 12:30 and & 7 pm.
-
god I feel like a stranger and slack tart!! smack me around the head later
Ive gotta go back and have a read of what everyone is up to.
Mateauz is getting stronger and stronger. He now rolls onto his side and lets us put him on his tummy. He holds his neck up alright but gets tired very quickly. He is still a boobies monster and 3 days ago we started him on solids. He LOVES his food. He smiles and laughs alot..cooes and ahhh..he really completes us totally.
other news...we bought a new car. A Kia carnival. We really needed something that could carry a wheelchair for Mateauz down the track and its big enough. My back was also starting to kill me from getting him and Vy out of the explorer.
Vy is just full on these days! OMG everything is NO, whats this....Teauz (mateauz for her) and shhhhhh. Shemust be teething atm cause I could so play ping pong with her.
Ahh there she goes again...will try and keep my butt in here
