OMG Rach - can you contact the company itself?
Jodie - stick little bugger stick. Im praying that everything is alright for you honey
Caddie - you naughty girl! Going to a craft fair without me and childless.
AnnaT - have you had your scan yet???? OH the suspence....i bet its three heheheh
My scan is at 1:30 so only 1.5hrs to go, I deliberately booked it for that late because Ry gets home at 3 and it would kill me to wait all day to tell him good or bad news :(
GOOD NEWS AnnaT - GOOD NEWS!
well after nearly 2 hrs and 1/2 dozen calls target has been order to investigate further as another conumer had same query to recall website, I had just got off phone with target head office and was about to send them pics when a email came from the gov recall site
so that is good news but for now I have removed the toy tray and it shall stay removed not worth the risk seeing as we had the problem with the stickers but thought who do you contact about stickers we just took them all off and threw them away so a YAY for me :):
Thank you for your email. We have had another consumer report the same thing, and have requested the Quality Control officer at Target Head Office to investigate.
Regards
ok lunch time for the man best move my butt
good luck again ANNAT
AnnaT - Good luck with the scan today.
Jodi - I've got everything crossed that things are ok hon
Shell - Hmmm.. you didn't mention you wanted an auto! Personally, I would stear clear of autos in older small cars, especially if they have a/c as well. They just don't have the power to run both and it'll drive you nuts in summer. DH calls a/c in a auto Excel "Emergancy Brakes" - just hit that a/c button and the car virtually stops. The pricing is pretty much right tho... if you go to redbook.com.au you can do a search on most cars available, it'll tell you all the specs and estimated prices.
Maz - I love that pic of Vy pointing, Xander is doing it too - WOW, he's actually doing something on the milestone list early for once.
Anna - Ive just sent it again cause (the pic) cause I got sent back an error report?? What the?? so please excuss that Ive sent 2 emails. Yay that Xanders pointing to.
Well my grip time
I put Vy down in her cot at 11 today cause she was whingy and demanding (like normal) and she started to scream and carry on like a pork chop (hmmm chops) I let her go for 5 then she stopped so I thought ok dont need to go into her room. She started again and didnt stop until 11.50. As hard as it was, I did not go into her room at all. I hung my washing and had a coffee. She cried herself to sleep. I felt terrrible but she's awake now and happy as ever. Im wondering if I should do this more often with her to stop her being so demanding of our relationship (that sounds stupid) Im so tired and knacked and I cant keep carrying her. Ive also started saying no to her when she grabs at my mouth and face case she scratches the cr@p out of me, and pulling at my ear-rings.
What have you guys done about this? Am I being to hard? God, Ive forgotten so much.
Thanks Anna, I might look into going back to manual again, I wonder if I'll remember how to drive one after driving auto for a year. I think they were a little cheaper too.
We're off to the MCHN soonish, see how much Ash has gained in the last 2 months.
Maz- I say no to Ash if she gets rough and pulls on things or pokes my eye or something like that, I try to tell her "gentle" and take her hands away, hopefully she'll soon learn. As for the sleep thing, Ash did a screamer today but when I'd go in she'd muck about as soon as I left she'd scream again, after an hour I just got her up and let her carry on in the lounge with me, its so exhausting. I know sometimes she is upset for real but when she starts playing up as soon as I'm there I know she can't be that upset. I did let her go for 10mins then I'd go in and try again to settle but she'd just laugh and be silly. Yet she was yawning her head off. Just do whatever you feel comfortable with doing. See what works and what doesn't.
maz i say gentle hands and it seems to be working am now trying it on his feet when he kicks me when I am changing him
well Target go tback to me and gave me a reply paid addy to send them the toy tray so looks like they are on to the matter YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Maz,ruby always has a little cry before going to sleep but it only happens for 5-10min at the most.If she cant settle within that time period i give her a cuddle until she is relaxed and then put her back down.I use to have to rock her but she got sick of me doing it and would rather roll over and cuddle elmo!! Millana is more difficult at times to get to sleep.
Vy is so clever! Ruby still slugs around.I reckon she will not be walking until she is 1yrs old or later.I just think she is that sort of bub.Millana walked at 91/2 -10months. So different.Hope you like vy's little gift. You do so much for everyone else thought id return the favour.
Jodi.. :hugs: hope everything is ok hun.
AnnaT.. hope the scan went well.
Maz.. um.. i just go on Jesse's tired signs i guess. He's always been a good sleeper though. I know he's getting tired when he starts buring his head in the floor or something soft. But yeh i would let her cry if you know she needs a sleep. She'll learn that when shes put in bed that its time for a sleep.. hopefully! With the No thing.. doesnt work with him unfortunately.. he just laughs when i get angry.
LMAO.. Grahame was just reading the back of the milk carton.. and it states.. INGREDIENTS: Milk.. oh really???
Well idiot me went to the MCHN today and walked out the front door with Ash in the pram and forgot my bag. My bag had everything, spare nappy, blue book, mobile, purse and most impotantly my keys! So went to MCHN and used her phone, thank god I knew Df mobile off by heart. Had to ring him 3 times though before he finally answered then had to wait an hour. I forget my head if it wasn't screwed on, Ash did a poo and only nappies nurse had were newborn ones, Ash barely fit in but beggers can't be choosers!
Anyway appt went okay otherwise, Ash is now 7.65kg, I thought she'd be alot more, 68cm long and everything going well. We went walked around the park afterwards and she played for ages with grass and leaves.
hey, everyone. Jodi - I hope everthing is fine.
AnnaT - I hope your scan went well.
Everyone else I hope you are all good. Paige has started saying "ELLOOOOO" when she can't see me she scream it out. It's like a game I say hello back to here and it keeps going till she can see me. It's the cutest thing. Tyler didn't say hello til he was older. Well I'm off to the shops and Dr's.
Ellie

Yay, congrats AnnaT, now praying that Jodi also returns with good news.
Unfortunately not good news on my end. Blood test I had on Tuesday revealed I was early stages of miscarriage. The bleeding has become really heavy now. So far only light cramps, hopefully won't be too bad.
Thanks for thinking of me.
