thanks nessa for that virtual card, and thanks for your well wishes last night belle, i was around but on the phone for hours as i arrived back home yesterday arvo, and i will be home all day today with no hospital visits today.
craig is ok, he is absoultly sh**ing himself, but he desperatly needs the operation or he will be dead by the end of the year, so he is trying to deal with it all, i am ok, but i have not stopped this last 10 days, i can fianally have a day at home, he will be in intensive care for 3 days and we are hoping he will be out of hospital for my birthday on 27th,1 week away.
i have had a sh%% fight with the airlines trying to get a refund or credit for my flights, the flights cost me $600 all up and since i had to cancell, it was going to cost $40 per ticket cancelation fee which added up to $400, Pi&&ed off, i kept ringing and ringing, and i was just hitting my head up against a brick wall, finaly yeaterday i was able to cancel on compassionate grounds and not loose any money, and i receive a credit so i can use the money to pay for the trip when i decide i can afford to take the kids.......AT FUC*** LAST i had sucess.
And i wont start on centrlink.........thats another story !!!

Well girls i think im going to go AWOL from this board for a little while.. so please forgive me if i dont reply to anyone. I will check in from time to time and be around but it just upsets and depresses me even looking at this board anymore.

Ash slept soooo much last night, I was getting worried. Cause she was all sleepy yesterday then last night put her to bed just before 6:30 and did not hear a peep til 6:30 this morn, then after feed went back to sleep til 9:30! I didn't sleep well though, snuck in at 1 and 4 to make sure she still breathing cause she has never ever slept that long. I was getting worried.
She seems okay this morn though, happy and had great feed so she must be alright just must've needed sleep.
Oh ok Kell, hope everything is ok. Dont be a stranger, please still come and chat to us on msn nights ok.

River is currently screaming at his chest of drawers, which he's kneeling in front of. Not sure what he hopes to achieve by that...Oh, he's trying to stand up.
Chrissy, that's fantastic that you were able to get your moolah back. And don't worry about Centrelink...hopefully next time you'll get someone different and awesome (they do exist, but they're rare).

Okay, well River's still wailing at his drawers, obviously he's not a quitter - didn't get that from me! And I need to get us showered and bathed and a shopping list done in oh, about 10 mins? Not great. Mum's coming to entertain River while we go grocery shopping, and also shopping for wedding clothes, I'm singing at my mates wedding with some other mates and sheesh, who gets married in winter, for goodness sake! (yes, yes, I know you do Rikki, happy anniversary) I'm thinking a long sleeved dress...on like, no money at all...hmm.

*Annie*- Doesn't sound like much fun. Can you take sudofed or something? Your still BFing? I not sure what you can or can't have if you are.
Nelle- You are becoming the wedding singer, how many have you sung at now? I'll have to book you in when we eventually get around to getting married. So did River make his way to standing up?
Meg- Enjoy woodend, a friend of mine is thinking of moving up there.
Caddie- At least its only a couple more days then you might get a better idea of whats going on. Ferry and lunch sounds nice, weather okay over there? Might have to pop across and join you for that lunch.
Ash still funny today, I don't know if I should be concerned or not, she's very clingy and whingy and just tiring easily. Usually she's up for 2.5- 3 hours before naps but today after like an 1-1.5hrs she starting to get really grizzly and yawning her head off. My sister suggested maybe she's going thru a growth spurt or something. Its tiring for me too, my arms are sore from holding her all the time.
We ended up being admitted overnight to the paeds ward. The ER docs thought it was a bad double ear infection which is what the paeds diagnosed too. They said I did the right thing bringing him in seeing as the panadol and nurophen werent working to bring down his fever. After numerous rounds of antibiotics, pain meds and fluids through an IV we are home and he is looking a tad bit better but Im on alert to look for signs of change and if he nosedives again I have to go straight back as they can sometimes be wrong with diagnosis.

I know Shell, and weddings are fun! I was worried for awhile that I was becoming the Funeral singer! :p I think I'm singing with my jazz band in November sometime (I know ages away), I'll let you know, and you can come and watch me make mistakes.
Oh and Shell, how about a sling of some sort? I love mine for when Riv gets all grouchy and clingy.

Annie - I hear you on the sinus issues....I sound digusting talking cause my nose is blocked and my eyes are puffy...look like I ve had one bender of a wekeend and its only wednesday. Thank you agian for asking me about those patterns you worht a million bucks.

Maz- ha ha i did guess it was for me, preggy brain playing on you. Do you know what time roughly Craig was expected out of surgery?

AnnaT- Luckily you went in, hope he recovers quick smart, so awful when they are ill. Give Jett lots of big hugs from me. Must've been awful seeing him like that.
I should be doing something other than the internet while Ash is asleep but seriously can't be stuffed. Her grizzling always really tires me out.
It was horrible Shell. Esp when they put in the IV line and talked about taking a urine sample from his bladder because he wouldnt pee. Just as they were going ahead with it he pee'd in the baggy they stuck on him :cryinglaugh: Scared him into going potty I think. He was a real trooper through the whole thing though, I had to do it on my own because Ry was at work and wouldnt finish til 5pm. The nurses loved on him every chance they got and he lapped it up. It was so awful seeing him sleep and cry like that, he spent most of yesterday and this morning sleeping on me in bed.
Lesson learnt though, in future I will run to the ER even if it turns out to be nothing serious and I look like an idiot, my god I shudder at the thought of what would have happened if I had left it :(

AnnaT - hugs to you and Jett - so glad you took Jett to the hospy - what a scary time and to see your little boy like that, hugs, it would have been frightening, just goes to show you that our mothers instincts are always right!!!`
Ash - teething, separation anxiety, growth spurt, in general just having a few off days??? I hope poor Ash is starting to feel better now.
Maz - hugs to you - pregnant, sick and looking after three kids - no wonder you havn't been on here much - hope things start to improve for you.
