2 days til our big move! I'll have to pack up the computer tomor but will jump on first, won't be without net too long, hopefully be up and running on wed.
So tomor is our big pack everything left and clean day. Can't wait to be all settled into new place!
Meg- How rude someone planned a wedding on the meet-up day! Lol, it sucks though you can't make it.
I think Ash is teething too, number 8 is trying to get thru, hopefully get bit of a break after that one.

Arrgghhh... teething! Xander is getting a molar through and he is miserable. He is still recovering from gastro and I'm suss he has yet another ear infection. I feel so sorry for him - he spent most of today crying, and we spent all of the day acting like nutters trying to make him smile.
Kell - Bugger about the wallet. Like Shell said, I wish people would just keep the cash (be better if they didn't tho) and just return the wallet - so annoying replacing cards etc.
Jodi - How'd Nina like the zoo?
anna - she loved it. I've uploaded some piccies on her website. I hope Xanders molars come through quickly.

not a lot knew happening with me, finished my clomid for the month :doh: what a headache they gave me, normally I get no sideeffects :( anyway off to rocky on wed to have cd12 scan hoepfully I have a nice big follicle ready to go, and mum is coming back with me on thursday *WOOO* because she cared for my gran she hasn't been out here since early 2001 so she will be in for a big surprise i can't wait

Belle - Sorry to hear of yet another panic attack. Todays' another day hon!
Rach - I've finished my clomid round too. Bugger on the headaches. I've been really lucky this time - I felt like I've been on kick-ass antidepressants the whole time. The biggest downside was the insomnia as I was hyper. Got a bit of breakthrough bleeding this time tho so I hope it settles down.
Sounds like most of us are finally starting to feel better (yay!)

Rubys bday went well.Had a couple of rainy bits where we all had to clamour inside but not bad considering the house is small. She got heaps of clothes!! So i dont have to fork out for summer stuff.She got a wagon pram and a leapfrog pad from my mil,a outdoor seesaw,a book,leapfrog magnet animals and alphabet on the fridge,a pair of cute shoes,cabbage patch baby,a big baby and a fisherprice car and lawnmower.So spoilt!! I made a piggy cake so will upload some pics of her day.
Just sorting the house out as 15 kids around 3-4yrs can make alot of mess and toys are in spots i wouldnt have guessed!

James was a little angel last night. slept all the way through till 7:15 am. Mummy is very pleased and nice and refreshed. I am going to a playgroup tomorrow with one of my neighbours. So I am looking forward to meeting a few people. I have also put James' name down for swimming lessons next term.

Well Ry came home on Saturday night at midnight and told me they gave him 24hrs to 'sort us out'. I was so flippin mad I could have killed anyone in a khaki uniform :wall: Ry rang his boss the next day and said that he would need more time that that as we were both pretty sick with throat infections and I was still having my 'baby issues' so he has to go back tomorrow morning unless my Dr orders bedrest. Only thing is my OB has gone away til next week and theyre not sure they can fit me in to see one of the others. The receptionist was really nice about it and said she'd speak to the on call Dr about seeing him as I still have bits falling out, trouble pooping and sporadic contractions. Ry cant have anymore time off without using up his parental leave and he'll need a Drs letter on my behalf, apparently we could be lying about this whole thing :rolleyes:
Bad news is we're going to have to seriously think about my moving back to Sydney if the OB decides this situation is serious as atleast then I'll have my Dad, sister and numerous friends who can give me a hand regularly without jepordising their jobs. I'll also have Drs I can see without having to ring weeks in advance and decent hospitals to go to if I have any problems. Ry is not happy about it but says its ultimately my decision. My Dad offered his frequent flier points for Ry to come and see us in Sydney whenever he can, atleast there is only the rest of this month, Oct, Nov and 2 weeks of december left before his chrissy holidays and then after he goes back to work on Jan 20th we'll have easter and then he comes to Sydney. Not a loooooong time to spend apart.
I really really hate this whole situation. Im getting annoyed with being pregnant because its brought about difficult decisions I didnt think Id have to make, I feel so guilty for wishing this kid out as soon as he can get out :( I just want him healthy and safe on the outside with my bits intact. Long way to go yet.
Jetts a slight bit better, he's been sleeping alot more than usual and his cough is a bit worse but nothing we can do except wait it out. Im not too much sicker so hopefully I wont get as bad as him.
AnnaT - man I would be so angry with his boss too, far out. I hope you sort the situation out. I can understand why you would move to Sydney.

After playing phone tag with the OBs office I got a call back this arvo telling me that my OB *was* coming back on wednesday and that he can fit me in at 11:40. I kinda wanted to see the other OB but I need to see one sooner than thursday so I guess I will brave my OB again. Honestly though, who's OB just suddenly goes missing without explanation like mine does!? On top of that my neighbour (who is due in a week) tells me that they postponed her induction (even though she has high BP) because a) our OB went MIA and b) the maternity ward is F-U-L-L! So now Im worried that my OB will go MIA when its time for bubs to come (whenever that will be) and that they wont be able to take me in if I do go into labour early/need an emergency c-section because they are full. It sucks being in such a small town with only *1* maternity ward to service 3 or 4 towns. Another consideration in my "should I/shouldnt I" move decisions. Ive decided to refuse to leave his office until he tells me why all this stuff is happening, does the test for possible early delivery (Im sure some of you know the test I mean) and gives me a treatment plan for this possible 'prolapse' or whatever the heck it is. If he cant satisfy me then it will be a big push towards moving to Sydney where I can find a decent OB and hospital where I wont have to worry about this whole thing. Ry still doesnt like the idea of us moving but sometimes we just have to make decisions we dont like in order to provide a short term fix to a bad situation. It will kill us to be away from him but its better we do that and he can relax and know we're taken care of properly up there or he pulls off his training course, gets set back months and months and months, and we move back to Sydney anyway.
Anna, Rach dont be scared about Shells twin talk, she thought Id get quads and oh how wrong we all were :lol: ;) Glad the clomids treating you ok! I hope it works this cycle.
Im not sure I'll make the Melb meetup after all ladies, just dont think its a wise idea for me to try :(

Kell - Thanks for letting me try put my new web cam on you and Jesse. I looked a mess tho! I was sitting on the floor in the lounge, and James kept grabbing the cord, hence the camera moving all over the place. My SIL moved to London, and misses James, so it is a way that she can still see him.
Nelle - Do you know what Bowwm chicka waw wowwwww actually means? DH looked it up on the net, and the actual meaning is something really dirty. In fact it is so dirty that I can't even say what it is!!!

AnnaT - I dunno. I would be inclined to move to Sydney. I would be scared to stay put in case you really need the medical assistance.

That's great that things are going well with cows milk Belle! River doesn't really seem to like it! You should see his little face screw up! Anyone got any ideas on how to get him to like it? Should I water it down or something?

In all seriousness tho, it is possible I could get multiples as Clomid nearly always makes me pop two eggies (sometimes 3) - but because of my translocation, it is unlikely to result in even a singleton, let alone multiples.
Nelle - Xander hates cows' milk... he does like soy though. Maybe 'cos its sweeter in taste? You could try watering it down, or mix it with BM (if you are still ?).
AnnaT - Personally, I'd be shifting to Sydney.

Morning girls, just wondering how many of you are giving their babies cows milk now and how do you know if they have an allergic reaction? Julia wouldnt stop screaming yesterday arvo/night until bedtime not sure if she was just chucking tanty or doesnt like milk..

can't help Belle Jack is on stage 2 formula and I plan on leaving him on it for a good 6 mths or so sorry!!!!
well I am still excited about my little neice :) got so much to do today finish the washing vac and wash floors, tidy mums room and make bed etc, fold clothes do some ironing, cook a roast and all the trimmings and pack for rocky *whew* I'm tired just writing all that down :lol:
Belle - Julia is unlikely to be 'allergic' to cows' milk since she's been having cows' milk based formula for some time and a truly allergic bub would react to that. She might be intollerant to something in cows' milk tho - I know Xander has problems digesting it. Maybe try a 50/50 watered down mix today and see if it happens again? If so, just stick with the formula a bit longer. I actually did the math not long ago, with the price of milk in Perth, it is actually a lot cheaper to use formula!!!! So much for everyone saying cows' milk is cheaper.
Jetts been transitioning to milk since about 10mths. He's intolerant to cows milk though so we were using soy but now use lactose free. I just did 1/2 formula 1/2 milk, one bottle a day for about 3 wks then shifted to 2 bottles a day, then did 1 full bottle of milk for his lunch feed (warmed up a bit), now he has 2 bottles of full milk, 2 bottles of 1/2 milk 1/2 formula (at night). She may be a little intolerant to cows milk Belle, has she had any weird poo's or spit ups? Thats what Jett does when he has it (that AND the cows milk formula!) which is why he's been on lactose free formula/milk.
Just got back from playgroup. We had a great time. James is the youngest there, but it was great socialisation to get him to sit up at the table and watch the big kids. I am definitely going back next week.
