Oh i sooooo cant wait until tomorrow! This time tomorrow chickies ill be rockin the house! lmao.. oh gonna be so much fun! Ya know, this is the first night i have been out without Jesse, well at all, since well before he was born. Im staying at my girlfriends house so its my first ever night away from him too. DH should be fine.. im not worried at all. He's been doing alot more for Jesse now, bathing him and putting him to bed etc. Will be so strange being Jesse free, i wont know what to do with myself!!
Anyways i better sign off for now and hit the hay.. will catch up more tomorrow.. or the next day :)

Meg- Huge hugs to you sweety, it does get so annoying when people don't follow your pattern cause it does throw the kids right out and of course its you then who has to deal with it not them. Hopefully J will settle soon, maybe he just needs little time to adjust to you being back at work? You should have big talk with your mum, let her know its upsetting you and affecting now what he is doing at home.
With the screaming maybe let him go for 5 mins see what he does then maybe gradually start increasing the time before you go in there?
Just remember what a great job you are doing with him, I know its so hard when they get into little moods like this, when Ash gets like that I actually look forward to going to work to get that break!

I can't sleep. I've tossed and turned all night. It's hot, even though we have the a/c on in our room, and it's set at 23 tonight, it's still too hot to sleep. And this baby won't stop kicking the #hit out of me.

well Jack finally *yawn* went down at 10.40pm I have tried everything to get him to go down earlier but he ends up screaming blue murder and making himself sick, I think he would have gone down a bit earlier last night if I had gone to bed with him :rolleyes:but I wanted to watch the movie.........oh well

anyway first day of babysitting today, god I hope she behaves, and is easy going :pray:

Nelle.. haha hmm yep you got me! I think its the whole i havent been out since Jesse was born aswell which is so exciting! I use to see bands every week before i was pregnant.. so its nice to be able to do it again, with one of my most favourite artists! Well wont be seeing the Beatles anytime soon and i doubt Paul is gonna attempt a tour here again after last time!

Im around Meg, been a horrid past few days so Ive been laying low. One thing Ive discovered is I got completely spoilt with an easy going first baby - I love Ripley but my god talk about sooky. The kid always wants to feed and when I just cant hold him & let him randomly suck anymore he sooks until I pick him up again :wall: He wont even take a dummy. The only thing thats keeping me sane is knowing he'll grow up and soon will be Jetts age. I was seriously contemplating a 3rd baby for a few days there but heck no not anymore. Anywho enough of my whinging, Im here to fill out the survey :)

well my little girl is here, her mum looked like she needed a hug when she left :lol: I so know how she must be feeling hence why I dont leave Jack

she was fine for first 15min or so when I got Jack up she came crawlign over for a big hug he was a bit overwhelmed LOL, then I got his breakie and she started poor love she went to door and cried weird cry but was crying :( anyway wouldn't let me hug her, so even though she only has a dummy for bed I thought I would offer it as a comfort thing, she grabbed it and then started rubbing her eyes so I popped her and her 2 dummies (yes 2 LOL ) pillow and her toys into bed and not a sound since her mum did say she got up a little early so would probably go down for morning nap a little early

anyway Jack is throwing nutri grain every where :rolleyes:so best bust a move

Naughtys - picks her nose, eats it and then laughs, takes folded washing out and tries to dress herself, screams high pitched, body slams the cat, tells the boys off by pointing at them and yelling at them (hmmm hs been watching me to much I think) grunts at me in disaproval if I tell her off for something

Has started to take her nappy off and comes to us with a new one when she's done a pooh.

:(:doh:omg what have i got myself into she wont stop screaming i actually feel like :cry:its that bad, she even screamed while eating her morning tea, i have resorted to giving her some panadol her mum said she is teething :dunno: i swear she has screamed mre in the last hr than jack has in 16mths

Oh Rach - I hope that she is alright. I think that you are a brave person just to take the job!

Gosh maz - 3 hours sleep/. You are superwoman. I don't think that I could even get on the comp with that little sleep.

J woke up at 10pm for about 5 mins, then at 4 am he was crying in his sleep. I didn't sleep well though. I stayed awake expecting him to wake up. Then he woke at 6:45. I went in and said. It's not time to get up yet. Lie back down, no crying (all in a gentle voice) then left him to self settle. He did. I din't expect him to go back to sleep, but just wanted him to realise that he didn't need to cry. He calmed down fairly quickly, then when he was happy for about 15 mins, I went in a got him, telling him what a good boy he was.


In regard to the food thing. He is still having 3 bottles, so I am watering them down before his morning sleep. I also gave him his lunch at 11:30, then his bottle, now I have just put him down for a sleep (although I can hear him chatting) Then I will give him some fruit when he gets up. That way hopefully He won't be as full near dinner time.
