Falguni - This suggestion also has eggs but H love zucchini slice, it has bacon, cheese, onion, zucchini, eggs and self raising flour. It's easy to make (20mins) and he loves it for lunch or dinner, as a snack or with salad or vegetables. I can post the receipe if your interested. Sometime I add corn to the mix as well. It's tasty.
Just had H weighed - 9.2kgs  He wasn't putting on weight for a while so any gain is a good thing. So much for being a 95%tile bubba at birth. He still wears 00 !!
Need to go chuck my lamb roast in the oven while Mish is asleep, be back later ladies.
thank you all so much for all your replies girls. i have tears rolling down my face right now from reading what you all wrote, thank you so much for your support. i feel so close to some of you on here, it's weird cos i've ony ever met one of you irl. i would never tell my real mothers group any of this. you are such good friends.
i guess the reason i let it all get to me so much is that there are no other females in the family except her and i, and i have an irrational line of thinking that 'everyone has to like me'.
dp has been wanting to cut her out of his life since he was a teenager because of the way she has treated him and he has watched the way she has treated others. he told me when i first met him 'my mother is a f89kwit'. now i believe him. he is happy this has all happened because it's like now he has a 'cut off point' iykwim? now they will never stay at our house again and we will never stay at theirs, which is a good thing.
we actually think she has a mental illness and needs help. i can tell you for a fact that she will never have unsupervised access to my children. does she have any legal right as a grandparent? idk??
thanks again for everything, i'm trying not to think about it all but it is occupying my headspace. we're thinking of going to stay with dp's aunty (dad's sister) over xmas as she lives on the waterfront and is absoutely lovely and very family orientated. that way we can still catch up with all the sydney friends and famiy. an added bonus is that she doesn't get along with the witch so the witch would be absolutely fuming over it
lewis is getting crabby so i have to go, sorry for sefish post, bbl 4 personals xox
Hi Girls,

Hi beautiful ladies,

Kate - Hope that Sarah is feeling better! 5am wake up is hard hope that Sarah pushes through that for you.
Artechim - Poo story cracked me up!
Marydean - Hope E's lip is on the mend soon
Renee - Poor little man! Aiden and I had that bug a month a go and its horrible and scary.. I remember having my head in the loo and Aiden walking in and putting his hand on my shoulder saying mum mum mum ..... very cute ;)
Rainforest - Wow MIL is a nasty woman, I really don't understand how people can be so cruel... sorry for you and your DH about the situation it must be hard xxx
Well Aiden finally got a spot in care this week and we have had a trial the last 2 days and he seems to enjoy it, tom is the BIG test as I will be at work, though its only 10 mins walk from work so DH and I can have lunch with him!! Its 3 days aweek WEd- Fri... Iwas working nights 17:30 -23:00 Mon-Thur which was really hard going .... and I have the guilts like you wouldn't believe but at least I won't be so tried and can give Aiden more quality time :D ....
we are thinking of ttc is anybody else??? Haven't had AF back and I am still boobie feeding only in the morning so we will see!! Silly I know but I get worried that it might not happen and scared of having another EP... sorry thinking out aloud!
Hi to everyone and I am looking forward to getting to know you all :)
ok, i'm back
leanne- was it hot up in sydney? the swimming lesson sounds great. do the boys swim on their own and do you hold liv or how does it work?
ange- yes swimming on wed sounds great. let me know how you go at the baby expo- i was thinking of going but don't think i could be bothered. i'm almost ready to buy the blue camo one from pram warehouse= it's version 1 though which means no red brake and no self lock when you fold it down. do you think that matters?
cally- how is work going?
sherie- the funny thing is, mil knows how dp feels about her, he can't stand her and never tallks to her unless he has a particular reason iykwim? i think that's part of the problem. so i'm sure she knew he would back me up. i think it's part of the reason why she snuck off without even saying goodbye to him, she knows he thinks she's crazy. i also think she's begininning to see that she has chased him away- she was definitely a pivotal point in him making the decision to move from sydney to melb, so he didn't have to deal with her as often.
md- :):)
clare- i think you should sling it to the expo- or see if dh could look after leila? by the sounds of things it's pretty hectic
cindy- i definitely think you're having a girl. my pg is exactly the same- i'm feeling huge kicks constantly- especially in the middle of the night. i'm 99.9% sure mine has got a doodle! have you got a name picked out? of course you don't have to tell if it's a secret :shhh:
everytime i see your username, i start singing 'i wish that i had jesse's girl' lol. silly huh?
noni- when the time is right, you'll feel ready and just know
where is hayley lately??
pp= yes, i would love some bling. she really is a f77wit, i mean as if us not being married is MY fault derrrrr
hi chepie- how nice that you and dh can have lunch with ds, that's lovely
Well there you go, Rainy, you do have another female in the family - dp's aunty who sounds like she's pretty cool. I went thru a stage of feeling like a motherless mother (had to cut mine out of my life for a while to survive) but then I realised how many excellent older women I do have in my life who all fill that space, just in little separate bits not one person. I agree with the mental illness theory. My sister is a social worker now so my mum has to behave herself these days or risk getting 'diagnosed' haha. The waterfront holiday sounds like an excellent plan!
LOL Ange, Schlumpadinka is a concept I discovered from my main source of intellectual stimulation these days - day time tv, namely Oprah. A schlumpadinka is a woman who has let herself go. You know, untweezed eyebrows, trackky dacks, chocolate diet, etc. LOL
Noni, your omelette idea sounds great, do you precook the brocolli or tomato?
JG - ah roast lamb (*mouth waters*). I might have to do one when DH gets home.
Leanne, glad to hear Sydney was good, I'm not surprised you need a rest! Christmas will be huge for us this year (getting home in time to spend it with family) but I'm not sure my chrissy tree will fit in the car with all our other stuff LOL. DH has already been sussing out whether he can score us a nice beachside apartment while our stuff is in transit ;).
Yay for your stove Trill, I'll be able to smell the perfect cakes and roasts from here!
Ok, well the job app isn't finished yet but it's not completely blank either so I'm making progress!
nope no pre cooking i just cut it really small and the brocoli i just kinda shave it at the top so theres like lots of dots of brocoli through it rather than big chunks way to lazy to pre cook haha
*noni*e* - Could you please post your slice recipe :p Sounds yummoooooo
Rainy - Im so sorry to hear about your MIL :( You dont sound like a confrontational person at all so it must of been very hard for you, I can imagine it must be playing on your mind. Like the other girls have said, you will be better off without her. She could possibly be jealous of the relationship that you have with Lewis, something she never had with her son (your dp)...? I dont know, just guessing?? But either way, poo to her! She is missing out on being apart of a loving and caring family relationship! xoxox chin up hon.
Chepie - LOVEEEEEE the name Aiden :) Can I ask you a personal question if you dont mind. Did it take you long to fall pg after your EP?
Just letting everyone know that Rory is 100% better (except for a killer case of wind)! Its amazing the change in him from yesterday to today, my happy little independent man is back!
Just bought myself a bag of Napoleon tanning goodies, thought I would spoil myself!
BBL for personals…need to hang out the washing and do the dishes…exciting stuff!
Oh BTW Dwayne got a job working one week on and one week off, so we will be spending so much more family time together YAY!
Just wanted to say a big hello. Have been trying to keep up with you all but am failing lol.
girls if you want to see a pic of me 'modelling' a breastfeeding dress- go to top secret maternity (google it), click on collection, collection, sienna dress,-that's me with the brown hair (not the blonde pg one) flashing a bit of boob.
too funny!
renee- you are so right, she is definitely jealous we reckon!@
Ohh, nice pic Rainy. Flash much?! Love the stuff on there. Did you get to keep that dress?
*wolf whistle* Rainy- How on earth do you get these gigs? you are a classic. You should have been the other picture too. ;) Next we want to see yummy mummy with spunky boy in print!
kate-yes they're going to send me one of those dresses, they've just been waiting for them to come in- that one was the sample. they gave me one of the chloe dresses and they're going to give me something else too i think, not bad for a morning's work!
ange- i wasn't pg at the time so they just wanted me for some of the bfing shots. they took some nice shots of me feeding lewis that will be in their catalogue i think, i'm just like angelina ;) ha ha.
hello everyone :) ashas occupied with her breaky so i thought id jump on :)
so found out last night we will be getting a 1000 dollar pre christmas bonus because we recieve family tax benefit part a, pretty excited about that as long as we dont go into full on recesion and need $15 for bread by then lol.. as well as that the award that dps pay is under changed (sacs award) and hes getting a pay increase of $22 a week which dosnt sound like much but he gets paid fortnightly so an extra 44ish bucks will make a difference!! as well as that he currently gets 60c per kilometre rebate because he needs to use his car for work site visits etc and has been told that is going up aswell, not sure what to yet tho but still good news coz moneys a bit of an issue for us lately eeek over 500 worth of bills due next pay!! damn electricity bill lol is 360 alot for an electricity bill? i would have no idea this is our first one lol how sad is that!!
wanted to ask about food and asha.. i think asha would just eat all day if i kept feeding her.. last night she had a big screaming fit after dinner and i am not sure if she was hungry or just upset in general, shes been really wingy lately.. but i feel like maybe i dnt feed her enough.. she generally eats toast or ceral with fruit and sometimes a cheese stick for breaky, sultanas or rice crackers or something similar for morning tea with a cup of milk, lunch could be a range of things sometimes im lazy and she has a sandwich with fruit or like yesterday she had meatballs with pasta, sometimes she has a mixture of cut up things if its a warmer day like fruit, tuna, cheese and avacado etc then dinner is another bigger meal like what we are having usually andthen a custard or more fruit if shes hungry.. she has two bottles of formula as well.. do u think thats enough?? this morning shes having half a pear and a toasted cheese sandwich for breaky i woulda thought that was alot and some goes on the floor rather than in her mouth.. i guess what i wanna know is does that sound like enough? should i just keep feeding her if shes willing to eat? should i give her bigger meals? ughh i am sooo confused!!!
cheapie - hehe the slice wasnt me tho i think i do have a recipe for it somewhere will see if i can dig it up.
rain - you look great! hope they gave you some free dresses!!
renee - congrats on the family time yay!! i so want dp to find a job closer to home he spends so much time commuting hes always tired when he gets home :( so glad to hear rory is doing better too :)
hey to everyone else :)
Rainy, sorry about your MIL. What a cow!! Like the others have said it is more what she is personally lacking than anything to do with you. She probably thought that because of your nice nature that she could load cr@p on you and you wouldn't bite back - good on you for setting her straight! And if it helps I think your mum (and dad) must have done a good job raising you because you have turned into a lovely person and a great mum. BTW I don't think that your new bub has a doodle!
JaZaH, my friend that is now preg lives a few hours south of us, but we are hoping to eventually move down that way when a job for DH comes up. She is also my cousin so I get to be an upgraded aunty. I am so excited.
MD, stop reading this and write your damn application!!!!! I think I was a Schlumpadinka before I even had a baby lol
Noni, Asha eats heaps compared to William. I find that when he has had enough he just chews and spits it back out. Apparently babies know how much is enough, but we lose the ability as we get older and just stuff our faces with as much as we can fit in lol
Renee, glad that Rory is feeling better. And yay for the new job, that is really good news.
Chepie, I am TTC but it isn't working very well. BF is stuffing up my cycle. Apparently Vitex can help regulate the progesterone/prolactin balance, might order some and give it a try.
Leanne, Arrgggghhh. Don't mention christmas yet!!!
I am glad everyone got a good giggle out of my poo covered muff! I laughed when it happened - it was either that or cry lol
I am so p!ssed with my IL's. They seemed to think they could 'cure' W's clingyness by not letting him come to me when he wanted. If he started heading towards me grizzling they would scoop him up and head the opposite way. Now he is a million times worse, I can't leave his sight without him cracking it and chasing after me in tears.
Morning Girls,
Rainy- The weather in Sydney was really nice compaired to here. Way cooler... Sorry to hear about your MIL  I am going to go and look at your photo now. Re Swimming the boys will go in themselves and I will be in the pool with liv. Fingers crossed that is...lol They seem to be really excited about it.
Art- Sorry to here about your IL trouble too
Noni- Asha is fine and eating well...
Renee- Congrats to Dwayne on the new job. and WTG on your NP Bag of goodies... You lucky girl.
MD- Is your DH back now?
Sherie- Congrats on the new stove... How is the washing machine going?
Well I better go and do some work..
