Hehe I am ON TO YOU Pregagain! Congratulations, I'm with Leanne & Cally (ie JEALOUS). Hope you have a smooth sailing pg and hope the MS fairy waves her wand at someone else!
Rainy you got a special invite cos in my has-no-actual-concept-of-where-we-are-going brain I thought you were out on a mountain somewhere - whereas the Melb girls are sorta all in the same place so we can work that out when I figure out when I'm going to be in Melb. Follow? So there you have it, a little peek inside MD's head and probably the reason why she couldn't string a logical thought together during her job interview LOL.
Trill, I'm glad you've found a support group, I hope there's a lot of good and reassuring information for you there and of course other people who've had the same thing and come thru the other side.
Cally -ewwww lice! I'm going to recommend the QuitNits products, you can get them at Woollies and I have found them to be effective AND they smell nice too.
Ok, re the liver (thanks for asking) I find the whole thing very alarming. The Dr showed me the pathology screen and the entire column of results is lit up red like Rudolf's nose on Xmas eve. Lucky for me she ordered a complete blood test before I was pg so there is a base line and it's definitely only happened since then. Have to have an US to rule out any thing like tumours, a cyst caused by parasites (EEEEEEEW), or a fatty liver. So far it's likely to be either that (fatty liver) or damage caused by medication. So caused by either Chocolate or Antibiotics. Or possibly something more sinister but definitely not any of the hepatitises they routinely screen for. Anyway the upshot is I'm really not supposed to drink alcohol which is a real bummer because I only just started having the occasional glass recently. So Arte you're right, it's a spanner in my shortterm alcoholic plan!!
Umm, E just squealed and it pierced my brain and made me forget everything else . Sorry for self-obsessed post (again) you ladies are wonderful for reading any thing I write at all!
