Lady N - Get to the doctor ASAP if you think you have mastitis and get on antibiotics.
Cradle cap, like Mum2C's said it's a scaley thing they get in their hair. Sort of like dandruff. DS had it really bad and a lady from my BB group with him said to make a paste out of baking soda, put it on his scalp and let it dry, then wash it off while using a baby brush to make circular brushes on his scalp. Worked really well. I started using the coconut oil with DD first because I couldn't find the brush LOL. They get it from DH. He still gets cradle cap (yes you can actually get it as an adult) poor guy. I'm routinely putting oil of some sort or baking soda in his hair of a night time.
Chrispe - Your DH probaly will have something like my DH had if he's ridden horses for that long. DH has been on horses his whole life too, which is probably where he really got it from, although I'm sure the bull riding didn't help. It's not a bad thing (I asked LOL) just added protection the body makes so the vas tubes don't get damaged and the spermies can still make it from the testicles to the tip. It was such an issue for DH because the doctor doing the vasectomy removes about 5cm of the tube, so they don't rejoin (yup, they can rejoin even if they've been tied and still transport sperm...who'd have thunk it) or the spermies do a jump, (because yes, apparently even if there is no tube they can free fly a short distance :o ) But he had to isolate just the vas before he could remove it, so he had to take the outer covering off (peel it basically, that was one of the comments I made which creeped DH out....hahahaha...can't figure out why :spit: ) which was made much more difficult because of how thick it was. Also....did you know that after a vasectomy, the man is still fertile for up to (and sometimes longer then) three months (up to 60 ejaculations we were told) apparently the sperm hides in the prostrate.
Oh, and I forgot to answer your question about DH and the mumcicle. Yes, he did finish eating it. LOL. Said he couldn't justify wasting it....I think he just didn't want to admit that he liked the taste.
exercise. I've started as well. Walking mostly(I take DS out on his scooter and walk/run to keep up with him, he's remarkably fast!) I've also ridden my horse a couple of times. And I use the Wii fit too. IF you don't cheat it is actually quite a workout, especially if you are wearing your baby while doing it. I find the hula hooping, cycling and aerobics to be the best when I'm wearing A and I do the running, boxing and flying when she's asleep in her cot.
DDB - Wow miss A has been rolling for a long time. If she's anything like DS was once she figures out how to roll from her back to her belly she'll start to commando roll around the house. DS would see somethign he wanted (usually one of the dogs) and he'd be off rolling. You should have seen the look on my old boys face the first time he rolled over to him, it was complete horror as if to say "you mean that stinky pink thing can move!!!"
Mum2C's - I second the having someone else try feeding her the EBM. I know DS wold never take it from me, but when I was in hospital after my appendix burst DH had DS at night and he took EBM from a bottle for DH. Also try squirting fresh milk on the tip of the teat, because expressed (older) milk can taste different.
AFU - A's cough has started to get better (as have my hives and hayfever) which makes me think she might be allergic to pollen like me (I'm pretty sure it's the mangos blooming that sets me off about October every year). So I've been getting a bit more sleep and feel like a new person. Last night a got from 10 until 4 and it was FANTASTIC!!.
