Thanks jen hun, bleeding has almost stopped. hoping that everythings all go to try again soon and that the next one sticks. i'm so miserable at the moment, im not normally like this ever (well u know what im normally like) i'm just so lost and sad.
had iz at the mchn on weds shes 7.3kgs shes so weeny still! but she's crawlng all over the place, chasing the cat and all.
mchn has reffered us to a peadiactric physio because she doesnt put weigh on her legs and bounce around like most babies do, so waiting on an app to see them
Skybie: OMG babe i just read your post, hunni i had no idea, i'm so very sorry, i feel so bad now for posting my news when you are going through this, i really didnt know babe :crying:
I really hope that everything is ok for you to try again soon.. I know you may not want to hear this (you might even remember i mentioned it last year) but my sil went thru the same thing last year, i cried so much when she told me, but a couple months later she fell pg again and nowi have my very first niece, so hunni stay positive, i know its hard... once again i'm really sorry babe, i'm always here of you need to chat... (((((HUGS)))))
dnt be sorry BM, ur news is absolutely fantastic, just sad we can be belly buddies again :)
ohhh hunni me too.... i'm feeling so upset for you right now, i hate how life can be so unfair sometimes to the nice people... I have everything crossed you get your dream really soon, you are a wonderful mum and only deserve the best... I'll be thinking and praying for you..
Skybie  I've been patchy in my thread reading lately, too, and missed your posts. I've been patchy on FB, too, so now it all makes sense. I hope that whatever Iz needs is short-term and effective :)
BM: WOOOOO HOOOOO I dont know whether to hug you or shake you...are you crazy woman lol...soooo happy for you hun and so quick wow awesome news
Skybie:  Hun you know where I am if you need me. Hope you are ok.
Well Miss Laicee is a little steam rolling machine she isnt crawling but she just rolls and stretches to get where she needs to go or she lays on her back and pushes herself with her feet iykwim sliding around everywhere. She doesnt stand on her legs either Skye, my other 3 used to stand on my legs and bounce but she just flops, I have been putting her in the walker and she has started pushing herself backwards. No teeth yet but plenty of teething rash and pooey nappies I wish they would hurry up.
Glad to hear all the bubbas are doing well xx
Thanks Nina21...:)
Leo doesnt stop for one second he is so active, rolls every where and has started commando crawling, not that weel but he can get from A to B, he stands ok on his feet when i hold him up, he is pretty strong actually and he too is going through heaps with his teeth, he has two but more want to come thru and they are driving me nuts, he also wont sleep much during the day, i'm lucky if he has longer than 1 hours throughout the whole day and if he doesnt see me, he just cries and cries, but if i'm around him and holding him he is as happy as larry... He still wakes up once a night for a feed aswell, he started talking on friday he says baba baba (daddy) of course, why is it we look after them all day long and the first person they learn to call is daddy...... :wall:
Anyway i better be off not feeling all the best today luckily Mas is at kindy...
Hi Girls
I've been MIA from here for sooooo long to do persies and I'm still trying to read up on everyone.
I can tell you though that Tara is an abosolute sweetie and loves being the centre of attention. She has 2 teeth which arrived within 5 days of each other, she sits happily by herself and can roll all over the floor. Still not crawling but she is happy to go from sitting to laying on the floor to play so hopefully it won't be too far away (but not too soon IYKWIM).
I was scanning the previous posts and can advise that we are also going back for #2. We weighed up a few options but as it took us 2 years of IVF and FET's to get Tara and as we have 8 ice babies waiting we decided to try sooner rather than later, and with my age and all we didn't want to wait too long. So we are planning our FET for July with 2 of our frosties too see if we are lucky. If successful that would mean an 18mth age gap.
So good to see that all your babies are growing and starting to move. Time flys so fast.
KellyD - Goodluck with your FET. I hope it is successful and you get to hold another precious miracle very soon!!!
Skybie - Ella is seeing a paed physio as has been diagnosed with Hypotonia (sounds scary but is just low muscle tone). The physio said she isn't too bad just gotta get her used to isolating different muscles as she is used to being floppy or rigid (from the reflux). Have lots of exercises to encourage muscle development and crawling and also exercises to get her rolling (she is very infrequent with this). I hope Iz gets to see the physio soon and starts putting weight on her legs.
AFM - Busy with physio appoints, mothers groups, gymberoo and the list goes on. Am about to go back to teaching but just casual so I can pick and choose when I want to work. Will probably only do 1 day a week at this stage. Am lucky I have my parents and DH's mum to mind dd.
quick question - Gave ella some chicken mince today (mixed in with pumpkin) and she kept choking and gagging. Is this normal? She seems ine with purees but have been trying to get her to take more lumpy food and she just doesnt like it. I have also tried finger foods but she won't eat them unless I put it in her mouth.
Ery- Is Ella choking or gagging- bit difference so I have learnt! I believe gagging is normal with bubs as their gag reflex is much further up their mouth/ tongue or wherever then an adults, so they have to get the hang of food touching that area. Gagging is natures way of actually stopping her from choking. We did BLS and DD was shoking at gagging for a couple of weeks but then got the hang of it, she had never actually choked except on milk  If she is choking, turning blue around the mouth and you have to hang her upside down and whack her to get the food up then she could be 'slurping' the lumps in like she would with pureed food. Sorry that was long winded but couldnt some it up short lol!
KellyD- Great to hear from you hun! Tara sounds like she is just an absolute treasure. I do hope your TTC journey is nice and short one this time around with that first frosty bubba sticking. Sending you oodles of :bluedust::pink-babydust::stickyvibesgirl::stickyvibesboy:
Butterfly.mummy- How you feeling, I hope the dreaded morning sickness has not arrived!
Hi to all you gorgeous chickys x
Hi kelly,
Not sure if i have actually had the chance to chat to you before, i have a very bad memory so forgive me if we have and i have forgotten, i have major baby brains that have kicked in all over again (actually i dont think i ever got my brain back to normal since having my first hahaha) I just wanted to wish you the world of luck for TTC #2, and i hope your first round of FET is successful, my first son i was very lucky and i fell PG straight away but with my second i had many problems and i was seeing a FS the month before i was to start IVF i got my BFP (cycle 13) This time round i was lucky enough to fall PG straight away, i still cant believe i am PG but once i have my dating scan next week i think it will start to sink in, i just hope all is well with bub... Would love to hear how you go in July and i'll be thinking of you, i think an 18month age gap is nice, my next bubba with Leo will be 15months gap and its a little daunting but at the same time i am very excited and cant wait.
Sending you lots of baby dust.
Lily dust - I think she does both. We have had to hang her upside down and slep her back and put her fingers in her moth to pull food our (and its not like its bug lumps!) and also have had her gag aswell on smooth foods aswell!
Hey Erybery:
I remember my first son, was like that but with smooth puree food, he would always gag and choke and i couldnt understand why cause it was so smooth, i was going nuts every feed, then one day i thought i would make the food lumpier and he stopped doing it, so it was the opposite reason for us, he was only 7 months old when he was eating lumpy food, leo at 8 months is still on smooth foods.. Sorry i know i wasnt much help but i know the feeling of seeing your bub gag, its horrible...
Well ery you've got me stumped Im afraid, wouldnt be hard though LOL. Maybe put a post over on the 'Introducing Solids' and I am sure one of those girls will have an idea. Sorry I cant be more help
Erybery, just crashing the thread - We give DS a few little jars that are made for 7 month olds and he just gags on them too, to which I've not tried him on again, and am planning to give my CHN a call and asking her if I should wait until he's a bit older to try it.
Hope she enjoys it when she does come around :)
izzy gags on smooth things like mashed potato and pureed pumpkin, but has no issues downing a piece of pumpkin or chicken or a fistfull of rice!
We're slack in this house, she eats what we eat. no plates no spoons, whatever we're having goes straight onto her high chair tray, its so fun watching her feed herself
hahaha Skybie,
Izzy sounds just like my first son, always used to gag on the smooth stuff but never the lumpier or pieces of food.. I just started Leo today on pasta which is a bit bigger than the baby pasta i used to give him and he had no problems eating it at all, didnt even gag, cant wait till he can eat what we can cause its driving me nuts puree everything.. i'm slowly trying him on different foods, today was my first attempt with pasta and it went really well.. woohoo and today he is 8 months old... yeah..
Hi girlies!
Just wonderin how all you gorgeous girls and your extrememly cute bubba's are getting on???

Still no teeth here...
Have had illness, though :( Miss has the cold I had last weekend and missed swimming last night :(
Hope everyone's faring better than we have been! We're coming good now. Going to see a horse tomorrow (to explain my FB status ;) ), and DS will go to E Gippsland with my mum for a couple of days without me before I join on Sunday night or Monday morning. It will be nice to just have the girl :)
Hey Maya, DD will joing you with the illness! Shes had tonsilitis for a week so is not a happy chappy plus an incredible nappy rash that is being VERY stubborn and won't go away! She is on the mend though!
Skybie - Congrats again - very exciting news xox
DD has 2 bottom teeth. They came through about a week ago both in the same morning, they are so cute when she smiles.
Skye: "Yeah" :happyforyou: hunni, so glad you got a :bfp: Congrats, i have everything crossed its a super sticky bubba and i wish you all the best for this PG...
Hi everyone else,
I havent been on much at all cause i'm try to cope with two kiddies and this damn Morning sickness, i did have my dating scan on tuesday and all is well, there was this little heart beat flicking away and i'm due on the 19th Jan, but will most probably have bub a week early due to c/section so i think bubs and i will have birthdays only 4 days apart, it will be the best birthday present.. hehehe Looking forward to my 12 week scan so we can start telling more people.. :)
Leo is doing well, but he has discovered that he can scream very very loud, and its driving me nuts but its so cute at the same time cause he is so proud of himself, so cute to watch, he still only has 2 teeth and not yet crawling but any day now, he isnt far off at all.. Anyway i better go he's godparenta are coming today and we have decided since its a nice day we will take the kids to fed the ducks.. hehe
Hugs to all :heartbeat:
Hey Gals - long time no chat!
Just wanted to share that DD started talking 2 days ago - adadadadadadad and yayayayayaa!
So Cute!
Nawwww erybery, how clever is Miss DD!!! That is so cute....hope the dadadadada lasts a while then you can send DH since DD is asking for him ;)
Jen- Great to hear DD is starting to play on her belly and trying to crawl. Wont be long and she will be off and on the go!
Skybie- HOLY 5 little toothies, well done Iz  Big congrats on the BFP!!! Woohoo cant wait to hear all about the next little bubba.
butterfly.mummy- how you feelin hun?
Maya- you're having a bit of a crappy time of it atm sweet x
cam- Big hello to you.
KellyD- how you getting on with your FET cycle?
Any more BFP in this thread yet......
Seems to me there's lots of little teeth showing themselves.... yah for everyone!!!! We are still toothless :o, Im starting to think she will be toothless at 2!
hey everyone.
No teeth here, I love those big gummy grins. DD is now using everything and everyone to stand up and is slowly cruising the furniture. She loves to dance and will bop away and shake her head like a crazy woman to every song and TV add that comes on, even twinkle twinkle gets her dancing lol. She has started to sing along in her own little language when we sing too which is super cute. She has been clapping her hands for a few weeks and is starting to wave, I love this age its lots of fun.
I hope you and your gorgeous bubbas are all well. I cant wait for all these new little bundles to arrive, its so exciting.
Hey Girls,
Doing ok here, just have a bit of morning sickness here and there but mostly tired more than anything.. Are your bubba's still waking up at night?? Leo still wakes up every night for a feed, its taking alot out of me but once he finishes his bottle he goes straight to sleep again, so thats a good thing i guess... Just hoping by the time the new bubba arrives that he will sleep straight thru.
He still only has 2 teeth, its been almost 3 months since he got his last 2... he is crawling all over the place and follows his older brother every where... Also having a bit of problems with day sleeps he wont fall alseep in his cit anymore, i have to hold him and once he has fallen alseep i put him in his cot, hubby and i ahve noticed this change in him for awhile now, hubby reckons he knows i'm PG and wants to spend every moment with me before the next bub arrives, but who really knows, maybe he just is to attached to me, i havent left him for longer than 2 hours ever...
Ozstar: OMG i just noticed on your profile "Life is not about waiting for the storms to pass...it's about learning how to dance in the rain." I saw this on a billboard on sunday and i loved it but baby brains me couldnt remember the whole thing properly and i wrote a status on my FB which was a little similiar "Why wait for the storm to pass by, when you can dance in the rain.... , i'm glad i saw it on your profile cause i really loved it, at least now i know what the proper words are.. hehehe mine was a bit far off wasnt it... hehehe
Skybie: How are you feeling? How far along are you babe??
I hit the magical 12 week mark next week, but still cant tell the world cause hubby's sis is being a little difficult to see her to tell her so have to wait till we tell her before we make it public, hopefully we'll see her next sunday on the 11th, i'll be almost 13 weeks by then.... Looking forward to my scan on the 12th aswell, feels like it is going so slow this time...
How's everyone else, thinking of you all. best be off... enjoy the weekend girls.
Just popping in quickly, cos i feel like death.
No teeth here, but I see some making themselves a bit more known. Lots of standing, taking a step then collapsing to knees. Feeding overnight, mostly - doesn't matter, cos she sleeps next to me in bed, it's DS who bugs me when he sneaks into our bed. EC is great, even when I'm sick and think I'm just going to rely on nappies. She's so happy and then gets knocked over by her brother!
Thanks, LD, yeah, we've had better times here. We've still got heaps to be grateful and happy about, though, despite the yucky bits.
Better go lie down!
hey BM good to hear from u hun. wow 12 weeks already!!! im 7 weeks today, feeling fantastic, no m.s, and loads of energy!!
Izzy sleeps through most nights, its awesome! lol
she has just cut 2 more teeth so her tally is up to 7!!! she's so cheeky i say to her mum mum mum and she looks at me and goes dad dad dad! hmmmmm:doh:
still loving her food! she eats more than charlotte most nights
Hi everyone
Lily Dust: Thanks for asking about my FET... My FS decided to try a new protocol which he said he has been getting better results from, but of course my body didn't respond to the new drugs so back to the old routine which we know works for us. Fingers crossed we will get to do the FET mid-late July.
Big hello to everyone else, I love hearing where all your babies are at and how different they are all developing.
We are goign great guns here, Tara has finally cut her 3rd tooth with very little fuss (I didn't know it was there until I had her on the change table yesterday) but still not crawling. I think she has decided why crawl when you can roll all over the floor to get to where you want to go, plus when you roll you can carry a toy with you. Over the past few days though, Tara has decided to pull herself up on her feet if we hold her hands and then she likes to let go of one hand and balance. I think she might be a walker and not a crawler although I have had lots of people tell me it stunts development if they don't crawl but how can you make them do something they are just not inclined to do.
I think we are also going through a growth spurt as well as Tara is sleeping about 18 hours a day and is also wanting an extra bottle as well, or maybe it's just this really cold weather we are having and she has realised being tucked up in a warm cosy bed is so much nicer.... She is still really good sleeping at night and is like clockwork in the morning and wakes up just before 9am, which is good as I can get breakfast and a shower in generally before she wakes up.
I am so loving 8mths as her little personality is really shining through and she is such a happy and relaxed baby who smiles at anything and everyone.
So exciting to hear about our new growing bubba's, hopefully I'll be joining you guys soon. Oh and Butterfly.mummy I agree with your DH, these little one are very aware of what's going on and I think Leo wants to get as much mummy time before he becomes the "middle child".
Take care everyone
I wouldn't worry about skipping a step in motion, Kelly. DS never crawled on his knees, just went to a crab crawl and then to walking at 9.5 mo. I guess we won't know till he's bigger, but he doesn't seem to be disadvantaged ;) Like you say, what are you going to do? Chain them to the floor? I don't think they miss out. Maybe it just means they'll have a different learning style - not better or worse, just different :)
hahaha Kelly, DH and i were only talking about the "middle child syndrome" tonight, but i think you are both right, Leo just wants as much time with his mumma as he can get.
I really hope you get a BFP soon, i know how hard the ttc journey is, Leo took us 13 months, thats why we started trying when he was only 3 months old for bub #3, but never in our wild dreams did we think it would happen on our first round of Clomid... I hope you are blessed again very soon. I have everything crossed for you. I hope your next FET goes ahead this July... Keep us posted.
Hi Girls, i finally worked out (after almost a year) how to add tickers on here, so just checking it works ok.. hehehe
kelly dd is the same, not interested in crawling but loves to stand and pull herself to stand so id say shell walk first too. good luck with everything cant wait for a bfp from you
maya i agree they r just different to the 'norm' hope you guys r all feeling better.
BM so glad things r going so well, looking forward to hearing ur u/s results
jades cut another tooth so were at 4 now. shes such a handful atm, i think its either 8 mth sleep regression or developmental but she just doesnt like to sleep anymore. once upon a time she was a great sleeper, oh well she will get through it. shes doing so many things now, waving, clapping, peek a booing, pulling herself up, wont roll but has once and once only lol. she has her own little personality and yes a temper. she chucks tantys at the drop of a hat its funny. it wont be if shes still doing it in a few years time tho lmao
hope ur all well girls
hey everyone, just thought I would bump the thread and see how everyone is doing?
All good here, DD is still happy cruising the furniture and standing on her own for longer periods now. Are the other BF bubbas still feeding overnight?
Maya how is the EC going?
Hey Oz, was just thinking I should post again when I saw your post!!! We are going well, still doing physio to get her muscles stronger but shes able to do a good worm crawl to get around so happy about that! Also STILL on losec for the reflux, we see the paed in a few weeks so will talk more about it to him when we see him, though I think she will be on it awhile longer as all the symptoms seem to come back even if I miss just 1 or 2 doses!
I'm back doing some casual teaching, loving it, though missing DD, but is nice to have some me time! Im only doing 1-2 days a week which suits me fine at the moment.
Have dropped to 3 milk feeds a day now through the middle bottle will prob go soon too as she is hardly drinking that now. She is loving drinking water from her sippy cup now which is good and is finally starting to chubb up a bit!!!
Belly rubs to the pregnant mumma's and hugs for the rest of you gorgeous mummas!!!
It's been ages!
Oz - Ecing is going great! With the sicknesses coming and going I miss more wees cos I haven't been on the ball with my head full of snot ;) But, in general, coming home with clean, unused cloth nappies cos we've only kept the one, dry nappy on. Still regular with the morning poo, so that makes it even easier.
Still no teeth!!! Though last week I was talking to someone who's granddaughter had no teeth till about 13 months...we'll see!
Currently trying to figure out taking a step unaided. Very funny. Lots of chattings and she loves her food. Still feeding once or twice overnight, but not actually waking for those feeds.
SHe's too easy - just as well, cos DS has hit his 4yo stride!
How's everyone else tracking? I still haven't made my 8 month check appt...maybe by 12 months I"ll get round to it!!
