i am using the NUVA RING
only thing which ahs agreed with me..
love it it hasn't fallen out
hubby can feel it in some positions though he said t doesn't bother him :D

and you take it out and put new one back in..
give it a bit of research hun its great :D

Don't get an implanon!! I hated it.

The thread title says you're single. Until you're in a relationship where you can be sure of your partner's STD status you need to use condoms.
After that..... I have a mirena. It's been great for me but not everyone likes it.
I wouldn't get Implanon. I'm too vain to want the scar tissue from insertion and removal.
The pill annoyed me. I'm hopeless at remembering stuff and then my boy ate a packet and the Dr said it's one of the most common medications children eat so I stopped taking it.

you put it in just like a tampon or diaphragm. it kinda sucks itself up into the right spot..

yeh you take it out 21 days after insertion leave it out for 7 days insert a new one..

only draw back is cost. but for me that isn't an issue as im controlled, no break through bleeding, no funny cycles, no pain, light periods etc.

If you are single and not in a long term relationship you really need to be using condoms to protect yourself from STD's.
