Need some reassurance-dental work whilst pregnant

As the title states I need some reassurance that it will be ok to have dental work done at 33 weeks pregnant. I'm going to the dentist this afternoon for a suspected start of a tooth infection. Some background info this same tooth became infected and had the part 1 of a root canal done when I was 7 weeks pg (and caused a massive anxiety breakdown for having to do it so early on) and I was told then to leave it till after I had bubs if all was ok so that is what I have done. Yesterday it started hurting and I have the same pressure feeling as last time which is why I'm assuming its starting to get infected again. I am now stressed to the max about putting bubs through the treatment especially the anesthetic part but at the same time I don't want to let it get any worse.

I had two teeth pulled out in my last pregnancy, think I was 34 and 36 weeks at the time

It was fine, no issues and no harm to DS2.

I had all four wisdom teeth out under GA when I was about 5 weeks pg. I didn't know I was pg at the time. I totally freaked out and rang the dentist, the anaesthetist and my GP and they all assured me that it would be OK. DS is now 4.5 and no issues. Good luck.

I had teeth removed during both pregnancies. Pregnancy is not kind to my teeth. I had no issues. They wouldn't do it during first semester but otherwise all good.

I had one tooth pulled at 30 weeks. Wholly positive experience.

Thanks everyone. All went well, bubs was moving around through the whole thing which was reassuring. Interestingly though the dentist I saw wanted me to come back in a weeks time to complete the root canal (I only had the tooth drained and packed yesterday) and assured me it was perfectly safe so I went to book it in with my normal dentist (same practise) and he has said no to any further treatment until bubs is here unless it is an emergency.

I've had two.teeth pulled and four fillings done this preg. Bubs kicks alot while its happening.

My dentist said he'd rather remove teeth/fill them then risk an infection.
