When it all starts to feel real
It’s getting more and more real. My little one keeps reminding me we’re going to meet up next year
and that makes me so happy…
Progesterone is still playing a great part in how I’m physically feeling. My digestive tract seems to have completely stopped. It doesn’t matter what I eat I constantly feel like I just had the biggest meal ever and I feel like that for hours! The moment my body allows me to eat, it just sends me a feeling of days long hunger!!! Unfortunately, the evening sickness is still there and I tend to vomit more in the evening or even in the middle of the night.
Not nice.
My 8yo has listened to the baby’s heartbeat with a Pinard stethoscope. She says she can hear it. Her
dad says he doesn’t hear a thing and as I can’t check for myself I’ve chosen to believe them both. A Pinard stethoscope is like a small trumpet kept against the pregnant belly while the listener holds it with the side of their head, placing their ear on it.
I’ve ordered a battery for my doppler and just waiting for it to arrive and start trying to listen soon. A doppler is a small ultrasound device where you place the probe on the woman’s belly and hear the baby’s heartbeat through its speaker. It also tells you the baby’s heartbeat for a minute on the screen.
I remember with my first baby I could listen to her heartbeat very early on. Around 10-11 weeks.
I’ve been reading a lot about how to naturally get rid of digestive discomfort. I’d really like to know your input on this, what have you tried? What has worked for you? Please let me know in the comments section below!
I’ve bought some CBD oil. I’ve tried it for a few days and haven’t noticed much difference.
We’re living in a nice apartment with all the commodities. The bed is amazing but we’ve been living
with all our stuff and moved around so many temporary places, we need some stability, something more long-term…
10 days in Cancun and we bought a house! I know, it sounds crazy but we were looking for this and
we found it and we live very fast and intensely…
Now it’s being refurbished and in a few days, we’ll move HOME, to finally settle.
