WTG Linz, that's awesome for your first day As long as you have a bottle with you all the time it's easy.

Yesterday & the day before I was a bit slack & only did 1.5L each day. Today I'm up to 2.2L & still going for probably another hour so I may very well hit 3L by then. As for OHSS symptoms, I have some lovely bloating & cramping but my nurse isn't concerned with it at this stage, just remaining pain from the egg collection on Wednesday. So still hanging in there.....

I have 5 bottles all lined up on my kitchen bench. They total approx. 2.5 litres and I try to make sure I go through them all once in a day. I boil and cool my water which is part of the reason I have so many bottles but also cos smaller bottles kinda trick the mind So I have one 750ml and 4 x 425ml bottles. By far I find it easier to drink the 425ml and can drink half in one go which is how I got to drinking more water each day

I have been pretty good with 2L at least most days, weekends are still harder than work days.
I'm about a third of the way through my second 750ml bottle at the moment.

    *bump*

So who's slipped back to their old ways?? I haven't been drinking nearly as much as I was when doing my IVF cycle, but am much much better than I ever have been before. I'd say I'm averaging around 1.5L per day which isn't too bad.

i've pretty much levelled out at 2-2.5L per day now - am thinking i might have to up that again with the warmer weather, but seeing i'm mostly at home where it's cool at the moment....

I hope everyone has been keeping up their water intake over Chrissy and NY? I know I didnt

But on track now. 2L + yesterday, currently am on my second 750ml bottle. I thin I should slow down or I will end up on the loo all day long!

I so need to get this happening again. not counting tea and coffee I am havinv virtually no water at all, which in my book is a negative intake because of the caffeine

I dont know whats happenend, I am just finding it really difficult at the moment. I have no excuse - theres a water bottle on my desk at work and a water cooler less than 20 metres from my desk

i think my job makes it easier for me to drink water - i'm on the phones all day so i sip between calls and things! yay me! not so easy at home, but we do have a water cooler at home, and i try to make sure i get through at least 3 bottles a day (so 1.8L)

I think because it's getting colder it's harder, well for me anyway.
