Welcome, Bek. Best tip I've got for avoiding the sweet afternoon munchies is to not have them in the house and try to replace them with fruit. You can't eat what's not there.
Cold today... thinking about going for a walk this afternoon but it's still pretty windy and I'm not sure my energy levels are picking up yet. Maybe tomorrow.

got on the scales and I was 72.4!!!!!
which is only 400 grams lighter than when I originally started loosing weight!
OMG talk about a kick in the bum. SO here I am fessing up about all those dinners out in the past week with family from Victoria... Hasn't done me any favors and I am totally disappointed with myself. Luckily I haven't given up (which many people would do in my situation). Expect to see some weight loss figures over the comming weeks.

I had a very tough day with the kids and Eva was feeding hourly. I finally got her down for the night then went straight to the cupboard and ate 5 biscuits. Talk about emotional eating!!!
I hope your day improves. Good on you for not eating through it and swimming it out though. That's a great attitude.
