I am an all-or-nothing kind of person. Tony Ferguson worked for me I think becasue it was so strict. I have no 'in-between' button, if I have a little, I have a lot.

I need someone to say 'right this is what you can & cannot have'...

Right now my biggest problem is that I am tired & I make REALLY bad food choices when I am tired
    - BUT I have not gained any weight eating the way I have been. So I think all my lactating is keeping my weight steady. If I was eating properly I might lose some lol.

ETA I look at all your avvys & I think - but you all look so freakin awesome!

I have bugger all money...so will be doing this on the cheap.

No cheating...noe if's or buts...going to do it the plain old simple way....stop putting crap in my mouth, get of my sore butt (I have a fissure) and try to get outside more then sit and get fatter.

    I have cut carbs again..eg
    NO bread at all
    NO pasta
    NO potatoe or Pumpkin
    Bugger all dairy.
    2l water

I did this at the beginning of the year and lost 15kg in 8 weeks.
Is not that hard...you do get use to it..but you have to have yourmind set to it.

I also have started a vegie gardern again...kids love it and im outside growing my own fresh vegies..and getting exercise.

How about we make mondays weigh days...we dont put down out weights...just how much we have lost. I'll make a little list with how much everyone wants to lose and how much they have each monday.

    SO...so far we have

    Maz - Goal 40kg
    Ammaki - Goal 40 -50kg
    Rainbow - Goal 15kg
Arimeh - Goal to have baby first
    SMiles4U - Goal 10kg
    Snugglybean - Goal GAIN 20kg
    Jasp - Goal 40kg
    Rayray - Goal
    Jodi - Goal 20kg
    Cookiemonster - Goal 40kg
    Mr Squidipa - Goal 27kg
Annat - Goal - tighten junk
    Kazbah - Goal 20kg
    Abb34 - Goal 30kg

What have we got to lose guys.....

Mmmkay... well I have 60kg to lose to get back to my pre-children weight I will settle for 40 though.

I can't do too few carbs as I am lactating so will have to just cut them a little bit, and cut the rubbish out.
Anyone know how low I can cut carbs while bfing / expressing?

Hey, maz, maybe I'll be Lose 5, gain 15 But love it that you included me!

When I dropped my 20kg, I did it on the cheap. No programs, no gym memberships, no drugs, just free and cheap stuff. (walking, cycling, swimming, eating well)
I think it probably takes a bit longer, but it can be done!

Maz i need to lose about 60kg but can you set my goal at 30kg by June meet up. That makes it approx 1kg a week.
I am doing it on the cheap as cheap can be too, so just plain old walking my big fat butt off and watching what i eat will be it for me.

    Wink

Thanks Maz that is a fantastic idea

... i would love to lose 15kilo's but more comfortable with the idea of ** 10kilo's ** as you have put on the list that i asked for ... so i will leave it at 10 kilo's, which makes my goal weight to aim for to be 65kilo's ... (for me to be under 60 i usually look a lot older & hey i don't wanna do that as i'm old enough as it is, LOL )

So how is everyone going so far......first week is the hardest.
We went out for tea last night as Jed's brother and family were in town......jed and i both had a lovely salad with water....and we werent even hungry afterwards (im a night time eater )
BIL and fmaily came back today and his wife bought a 12 pack of iced donuts........she kept asking me if I wanted any and I said no im alright thanks...until I said I actually dont eat sugary stuff (ima savoury girl ) and donuts are full of carbs to...well she couldnt stop apologising but I said dont worry I do have self control and I wont touch them.
What annoy's me is that just cause im a big chick people automatically think I eat high fat, sugary stuff. Ahh NAH!!!!!! I just dont eat at the right times and eat the wrong foods for my body along with lack of exercise.
    Friggen stereo types.
Im off to get an apple!

Maz i had a good day yesterday and today started off good, even had time for a walk today but i have broken it a bit tonight. We opened our new business today so wanted to have a couple of drinks, so tonight i have had 3 glasses of wine and some dip and bikkies. So in the morning i will have to go for a big walk, its hard for me at the moment as we are so busy, and leaving home at 8.30 in morning and not getting back until 6pm does not give me alot of time to exercise but i will try my best. But i told myself there are no excuses this time..

hey hon...atleast you trying. I think half of it is seeing were we are naughty and making sure we try to fix it in another way.

I walked to the supermarket yesterday and pushed the pram with 2 kids in it there and back with 4 bags of grocieries....I paid for it last night wihtmy fissure..but god it felt so good to go and walk.

Havent had any bread since saturday.....made a ceasar salad last night with the tiniest amount of dressing, cos lettuce, ham insteadof bacon, grated parmasean cheese, grilled chicken, mushroom and some tomatoe. YUMMY!!!!!

Tonight im thinking of making some seawood wraps, pretty much like sushie rolls minus the rice.

    I did a naughty...I weighed myself..and have a loose already

... so sorry ladies, i'm not backing out but just won't join in for sometime

As most of you might know i lost my SIL who was only 28 to brain cancer (well, she had breast cancer they thought she had bet that then later it was found out it had spread to the brain making it then brain cancer) ... her funeral was yesterday & i'm feeling incredibly shattered & my heart is weighing so heavily with pain, ... so as far as my diet goes since her death one day i'm eating well, next day i forget to eat & later grab something fast to eat which isn't always too great.

I'm still mindful with what i'm eating. I guess what i'm trying to say with the grieving it's taking up my thoughts & that my concentration for my diet isn't 100% right now !!

But i will float in here once in awhile

Keep going everyone, your doing SUPER ... Thinking of you all
