Nadine you are a crack up! I am not too good on the drinking water front. At work, no worries but at home, I just forget (and I'm not back at work until July next year). I am going to make an effort to drink much more water (actually went and got a glass just now).
Epacris - I like how you measure. I often put on my favourite jeans to see how I'm going but still can't do them up
I saw Oprah today and Bob Greene was on talking about his weight loss/eating right plan and Oprah gives herself a time to stop eating which is 7.30pm. Not one little anything after that. She also said when you get the feeling that you could have a little something after dinner, it is the fat cells saying 'eat me, eat me'. I like that and that's what I'll think about when I get the hungries after dinner. Eat the fat cells my little pretties![]()

) and salad. I told DH that I'm only going to eat 6 pieces and fill up on the salad and beetroot and have a fat free yoghurt for dessert. Not to bad.
