    Wow, lots and lots of keen beans in here. Hooray!

    Nadine, I just LOVE your energy and enthusiasm.

    Me - well, my goal is to run 4km every second day (and feel like my jeans fit nicely), but this week, with this weather, I just couldn't do it . Anyway, I finally went this morning and did 3km, I felt OK. I did my measurements too:

    Weight: 68.5kg
    Bust: 96cm
    Waist: 87cm
    Hips: 108cm

    So I guess I'd like to get to 65kg. I doesn't sound like much but for me, moving those last few kg are like trying to move a mountain (made of granite ).

    Hi guys. I am so happy as I lost 600g this week despite the lack of exercise. That takes me down to 67.8kg which is amazing. I am lighter than I was in high school so yippee!
    My goal this week is to lost 1kg as I am back into the exercise. But 67.5 is my first goal with the reward being a haircut and dye. So even just 300g would be awesome.
    Anyway hope everyone is great. Welcome to everyone who has joined in.

    Don't have much time, sorry - but I weighed in at 78.4 this morning (loss of 1.3kg)
    Going to measure once a month

    Keep meaning to subscribe to this... so shall do it now and then it'll haunt me tomorrow morning! I've got 4.6kg to lose so i'm getting to the pointy end, but I know they'll prolly be harder to lose... and to be honest my motivation has waned a little (and this is usually where I slack off and don't achieve that last bit!). But just thinking "fabbo me by Xmas" I like that idea!

    Hey Belfie- welcome to the thread. I motivate myself by thinking I will only have to lose it all once. It keeps me going.
    But thinking of having a hot xmas body is pretty motivating too. lol

    I'd like to join. I want to lose 6 kgs, which stubbornly will not shift, even with exercise (I eat too much junk ). I'm currently 61 kg I want to be 55. Will post other stats when I can find my tape measure.

    Am I too late to join? I know I've missed the first week...
    I have lost 3kg over the last two-ish months and would like to have lost 15kg by my 30th (next april), but preferably more. If I can lose a few more kg by Christmas that'd be a good start!
    Krysalis, I'll PM you my stats and will weigh in each Monday when my older DD is at CC and I can get on the wii fit without being hassled, if that's ok.

    Arrgh! Only 0.25kg down today - oh well at least it's a loss. I am feeling bloated and blah but AF still hasn't returned so I'm not sure what the story is. I will keep chipping away at it and try and get down to my goal.

    I have my 20 year high school reunion in 2 weeks so I am going to really try and put in a big effort over the next 2 weeks!

    Bust - 96 down 1cm (not too thrilled about that! lol)
    Waist - 79 down 4cm (wow!)
    Hips - 90 down 2cm.

    Well my scales haven't changed, so I'm giving it another week, but I've lost some cms! Bit confused & hoping my cheap crappy scales are lying to me, lol! Since I'm sposed to be weighing tomorrow anyway, I'll have another go & see what happens.

    Just because you dont lose doesnt mean you arent working it off. Also you should weugh at the same time each time because in the span of 24hrs your body can +/- 1kg from simple bodily functions. And don't think weighing after a poo is good either I once put on 400gms lmao

    Ok, I will join too if that is ok.
    I have been training at a mums training class twice a week for 3 months now and have already lost 7kg, 2cm from my bust, 8cm from my waist, 15cm from my hips and 5cm from my thighs. My original goal weight was 62kg, but the weight has slowed down while cm keep coming off as I am so much more toned than before, so I think I will be very happy with 64 by xmas. My trainer keeps assuring us that muscle weighs more than fat... Keep that in mind girls when your weight doesn't go down as quickly as you would like. It is the cm that really matter!

    At last weigh in (September 30) I was 66.5kg. Bust 94cm, waist 72cm, hips 84cm, thighs 57cm. I am due for another on Wednesday or Thursday so will update then. I am going to include my thigh cm as I think that is where the weight is going to come off the most now. At least that is where I want it to come from!

    Looks like everyone is doing really well so far! Keep up the good work.

    Damn!! How about first thing in the morning?? After all night without food? I'm getting desperate! Lol.

    I had a slack weekend, so not that worried about no loss, or not much.

    Oh well done to all of you.

    I had my White Almond Magnum as a reward on Sunday and it was definatly worth it. Going to work hard again this week for that same ice-cream on Sunday.

    I'm exercising alone this week DH's neck spasm is acting up again. He will be coming with me, but won't be participating. He is strange like that. Don't want me alone with another man behind closed doors ... and I'm greatfull, because men makes me edgy. Especially good-looking men like my trainer!!!

    I'm on the AF wagon this week, blah ... not feeling to bad, just a low is thud on my kidneys.

    Goodluck for the week ladies. Remember - Seconds on your lips, lifetime on your hips

    oooh i like that saying nadine. i am in my AF phase but on implanon so it's touch and go whether i bleed. sorry tmi. but yeah bloated, sore, moody, wanting chocolate chocolate chocolate... this too will pass. second on your lips, lifetime on your hips. such a great saying. mantra for this week.

    BTW I stuck a goal on front of my cross trainer so i can see what im walking towards every time i get on it (my wedding date). maybe some of you could do things around your home or something?

    Okeys. Tried to get my stats on here last night but wasn't able to get on. So here it is:

    78.5kg
    Bust = 102cm
    Waist = 96cm
    Hips = 109cm

    Thanks for the tip about the elbows and wrists, cookiemonster - that has always been a point of confusion for me and you've cleared it up!
    Nadine, that's a tops idea about the ice-cream... I might implement a reward scheme myself as soon as I develop the self-control to stay away from the stuff every day
    Congratulations to you all on your losses (cms or kgs). Looking forward to getting rid of some of my own along with you

    ETA: I think I'd like to be 72kg @ Christmas, or thereabouts. That's my goal.
