Nadine, I just LOVE your energy and enthusiasm.
Me - well, my goal is to run 4km every second day (and feel like my jeans fit nicely), but this week, with this weather, I just couldn't do it. Anyway, I finally went this morning and did 3km, I felt OK. I did my measurements too:
Weight: 68.5kg
Bust: 96cm
Waist: 87cm
Hips: 108cm
So I guess I'd like to get to 65kg. I doesn't sound like much but for me, moving those last few kg are like trying to move a mountain (made of granite).
