Wink Nasty mummy took aaaaalll the toys away...

    Yep I did.

They haven't noticed yet because they are glued to a movie on my laptop. Which I did not put on for them, they snuck inside and did it themselves

They both won't help tidy their rooms so - GONE GONE GONE!

Stored in the back unit, out of reach until they get the gist of tidying their rooms each morning. I've been a bit tied up this week and last week and its gotten out of control. I can't live like this - just cos there is a bump in the road the whole place implodes and looks like little hobos live here.

So if you live in Vic and hear screaming within the next hour you know who it is.....I'm putting in ear plugs in anticipation

My mum did that to me! It remains one of my most vivid childhood memories. After weeks of threats she went into my room with a rubbish bag and everything that wasn't away nicely was chucked out. I was frantically darting ahead of her rescuing all my toys lol. It didn't make me keep my room tidy, but as soon as she threatened a repeat I was in there like a shot to clean it up lmao.

Ooooo Lu, this is what I do. But I do it in full view and with the outraged screeches of a three year old to accompany me, just to add to the drama. It's amazing hwo quickly toys get tidied up for the next week...!

Alternatively, toys must get tidied before something else (desired) is given over. Snack, TV show, another toy, whatever. That works even better, because the motivation is positive and my voice gets a rest.
