    ClearBlue pregnancy test confusion

    Hey girls,
I had IVF done 7 days ago (egg transfer 7 days ago). I have been feeling very pregnant. This will be my 4th baby so im in que with pregnancy symptoms. Im very quesy, sore BB's, feeling hot, tired etc.

I just did a ClearBlue digital pregnancy test which said 'not pregnant'. So I pulled apart the cartridge and I can definitely see a faint 2nd line which is still visiable within arms reach. Which one do I believe???

Tho I have never used a digital test before myself...

Sorry, but the instructions specifically say not to take the test apart. The lines don't count on the digtial HPT's.

I think I read that there is always a line in the digis if you take them apart. It's still early days yet, so I'd say test again in a couple of days.

Maybe try a different brand of HPT? I managed to get a false positive with a ClearBlue digital...

Yep, digital tests don't work the same as normal pregnancy tests. Digis always have a line, pregnant or not.

Same thing happened to me this month hun and i did alot of searching. Apparently with the digital tests they pick up on another hormone in your body and thats why it shows up with 2 lines sometimes. Apparently with the digital ones you are not meant to take the cartridges out and read them. Hope this helps

From what the info line says..

All women have LH in there bodies and if not HCG.. so everyone has more or less.. I got a BFP with only one line on the stick when i pulled it out.

    Good luck
