Going back to school after long time

well this year i am going back to school ( TAFE) to do an engineering drafting CAD course. it is only 3 days a week but i am a bit worried about it.

i havn't done any sort of schooling for 13 years !! wow that was a long time ago.
but i have been keeping occupied doing my dh bookwork from home and design stuff from home but nothing like this.

i am also a bit worried as we're having our last Frozen embryo put back in in march, will being preg make me forget things?, i know i forgot heaps of stuff when i was pg with the boys.

i have already met with the head of the department and he has given me the first part of the course and attached files he emailed. he thinks i'll have no prob and he has said theres not a prob with me getting into the couse. maybe it was that low down top i was wearing , ha ha only joking.

anyway i've got enrolements on 5th Feb and i start on 16th feb. it's all set.

    wish me luck.

Good luck with it, I am sure you will be great. My dad is an engineer and he says that the CAD course is well worth doing and that there are lots of jobs in that field.

I went back to uni last year after a 12 year break from studying & I loved it. I also managed to do really well

I find a lack of motivation is often the hardest thing to overcome, especially when I send DH out with the girls so I can have some quite time to study. I often miss doing things with the family in order to get my study done

All the best with it & good luck for March too!
