I would contact your nearest university and see what they offer. Few places I believe offer a double degree in nursing and midwifery anymore so you may need to do nursing and then midwifery once your an RN.

You should beable to get a HELP debt so you don't need to pay upfront. Unless your income in really high then most people are entitled to it for a bachelor degree. Otherwise if you can afford to pay upfront you pay a reduced fee. Well thats how it worked when I was doing it.

I imagine you should beable to apply anyway and then once your accepted do a bridging course to help with the chemistry etc if you need. The uni I went to run them during the holidays for the students that were starting in new semester in the Feb.

Your university should be able to answer all your questions.
