Maybe try switching to A2 milk, or try to take some enzymes like lactase (available from good practitioners and health stores) to help your body digest... and it will help bubs too. But I suggest seeing a practitioner for help.
I have gluten allergy and am allergic to lactose- i have been drinking dairy through my pregnancy cause i craved it so badly. BUT bubby is very windy!!! he farts all through the night and looks in pain, arching his back and crying. I am giving him colic/reflux medicine but wondering if he is sentsitive to the dairy in my breastmilk? i really get the feeling that what i eat is affecting him. Any one know anything about this?
