Some of you may have seen my posts about my ridiculous bloating and gas. I am finding it very hard to find out what the heck is the culprit of my bulging belly. I have pretty much had it all my life. Does anyone know what kind of intolerances cause lots of flatulence? It seems to be whenever I eat, pretty much anything too.
I have been noticing that as soon as my food has been digested I can feel the gas bubbling up inside my tummy. And then within 5 minutes the flatulence is starting. It becoming the norm for me. So much that I am dong them all day and not even realising when I am because it's such a common occurance. And they are (TMI) huge most of the time. And loud
I am sick of this gassy, bloated problem! Can anyone help? Does anyone know what it could be? I thought it was dairy, but i switched to oat milk and this is still happening. Also, who can I see about this? What kind of specialist?
Thanks Limeslice, I eat bread, pasta and cakes (sometimes )
I think I may need to see a specialist about it. I just can't figure it out on my own. Hope I can get to the bottom of it all..
Might be worth paying attention to how you are chewing & swallowing, make sure you're not gulping down any air. You could try having nothing except a piece of bread, if you get a reaction that could implicate either wheat or gluten. Add some probiotics in too, in case it's not about intolerances at all.
