STIR FRY
2 chicken breasts
2 cups of rice
any veggies you want (I use frozen mixed stirfry veggies)
sauce:
3/4 cup water
garlic to taste
1/2 tsp ginger
1/8 teaspoon red pepper (I use 1/2 tsp for more spicyness)
2 TBS soy sauce (lite for less sodium)
1 TBS splenda (the one that comes in the box, equal to sugar in serving size)
2 TBS cornstarch to thicken
Cook the chicken. Add frozen veggies until done. Microwave to get done faster. Then add sauce (mix seperately first) and stir until thickened. Spoon over rice. About 400 calories per serving if split in half.
