    Milk and cheese free quiche???

    Hi there,
My DD loves quiche, but I am allergic to milk and cheese (but not egg). I would love to make one that the whole family can eat. Does anyone have a yummy milk/cheese free quiche recipe??

    TIA

If you have any other recipes that you love I would really appreciate them. My repotoire (sp?) of cooking is getting really boring atm

the best thing for dairy free recipes is my slow cooker! Everything i put in there is tomato based and you can get so many different flavours in different recipes!

apart from the SC, I mainly look a lot of pasta sauces, stir frys, etc

Mmmm sounds yum Danni. I'll try it too as Angus has just been diagnosed as allergic to cow's milk (A2 is ok). I'll have to leave out the ham/bacon as he is also reacting to the nitrates and preservatives. I'm hopefully getting a slow cooker for my birthday next week so I'll be trawling the SC recipe thread for ideas too.

Oh yum - might try it and see if it'll work with Ella's egg substitute (cause she's allergic to all dairy) I'd love for her to be able to have mini quiches to munch on Thanks Danni!

Thanks Danni - I'm making it again tonight. Even DH loved it, and he usually thinks that dinner HAS to involove some kind of meat (although I spose it does have bacon!).
