fancy dress movie theme w a belly???

My bestest is going to a fancy dress tonight and she's in a panic to know what to go as!
She is 7 months pregnant with her second, the party is for her 18 y o neice.

Her hubby is going as Wolverine, her son as Batmat and her....?

I said go in black with a white belly with black marker and red paint and write Wilson (CastAway - Tom Hanks) across it!

It would be easy and funny, but I think she wants something else...

How about Wilson the ball from Castaway.

Get a white shirt and paint the face on it where her belly would be. The belly is the ball!

Does she have to/want to incorporate her pregnant belly into the theme? If not then she could go as anything really (if there is an outfit that would fit.

Or, what about Father Christmas (from any movie)
A pumpkin (from any movie that has halloween in it)
A pregnant man (think the movie Junior)
