Acupunture and c sections????

ok i have 2 questions

i just had my first acupuncture session and was just wondering if anyone else has had it at 36 weeks and if so how did they feel after.

#2. i was wondering if anyone has had a c section with bub no#1 and opted for a c section with bub 2, if so when were u booked in to have it????

i can only answer your first question. i had accupunture weekly from 35 weeks, it made me relaxed after every appointment, it also greatly reduced my reflux.

my hands are really sore, where they put the needles between my thumb and that , but it is my first time and i am very stressed atm with this bub she is sick so thats prob y

sounds like they have started induction stuff with you! i had some minor discomfort but that was short lived. did you find it relaxed you at all?

Im going in for acupuncture for the first time today @ 2:30... I have a bit of a phobia of needles so fingers crossed i will breathe my way through them (Thanks to Calmbirth techniques) I have also developed a horrible case of acid reflux, so hopefully it will help that too... Will let you know how i go...

Hello there,
I had acupuncture done on me for the first time yesterday and guess what??? It did not hurt, in fact i slept throughout the whole night last night and even had a sleep in this morning.... Its was just great. I feel sooooo refreshed i cant remember in the last 3 of 4 months the last time i slept throughout the whole night.
Booked in to go again next week....
Lets see whether the induction points will work?
