Since naming my daughter and going through the motions of: does it suit?, should we have spent more time thinking about it? will she like it? It got me thinking about other excited mummies and what they went through naming their precious bundles. So in a bid to help us control freaks who must go through every name under the sun before they find that right one, please share your bubbas name and why you picked it? And, if you have a fave name at the moment for future babies, please share.

My turn, I picked Brooke Sienna for my princess because I wanted a name for that was strong, yet pretty and was few and far between in the popularity stats. Sienna was going to be a first name when we were going through the list but when she was born, my husband decided that she was definately a Brooke.

Future names - LOVE Ava but unsure if it fits with Brooke, 'Hello, these are my daughters Brooke and Ava ... (2 syllable last name)'. What do you think? Love Ava Jade or even Ava Grace (I go off and on with this). And for a blue one - Harrison Keegan

I know two members on here that have an Ava Jade (KristyLee) and and Ava Grace (Renstar) - apologies if I am wrong..

They are both gorgeous names.

I like Harrison as I think the shortened name of Harry is so cute but I am not a fan of Keegan.

But it is up to you!

Renstar's bub is Ava Joyce . I love Ava Grace as a name (my DD1's middle name is Grace)! Jade Grace was on our shortlist too...
