Is it that small white round piece of rubber? If so, I have a spare one you can have

I'm in Forest Hill, so if you aren't far away you could come pick it up. Otherwise I'm happy to post it to you. Just PM me your details

ETA - What suburb are you in? Just asking in case I'm swinging by your area today.

Det - for future reference, you can replace that part. I have ordered them from a website (they sell them in pairs) and added it to my favourites jic it happens again!

I was going to suggest pulling the pipes apart... it would still be there in the U-bend. It's not that hard. I've done it myself in the bathroom vanity unit to retrieve an earing. If you can unscrew a jar then you should be able to do it. Just remeber not to turn the tap on to rinse your hands (which will probably get a bit yucky) you'd be surprised at how many people do this!!! LOL

Just for future reference too - I had a part that kept falling off my Avent pump so I could literally pump for 30 seconds and then have to reassemble!

Their helpline was terrific! They Express Posted me a few spares the next day so if anything like that happens to you, give em a call. I was v impressed with their service.
