I'm fairly sure that's a normal reaction to the vaccination.
Did the dr give you any literature with the side effects when you had the vac done?
It should list it there.
Hope this helps

it should be ok, i'm pretty sure ds had one when he got his 2 month needles.. but if you are concerned give your dr a call or try that 24 hour hotline number (healthdirect Australia) where you get to talk directly to a nurse. The number is 1800 022 222.
p.s Sorry mods not sure if i am allowed to post the number, feel free to remove it if its not allowed.
One of my boys had that. I took him back only to be told it was fine!
I think it's just like the red lump or bruise you or I might get from having a shot in our arm. It might be sore, but a perfectly normal reaction. It was certainly listed as a normal reaction in the documentation I got when DD had her 2 month vaccinations a couple of weeks ago.
DD was upset for the remainder of the day, but not too badly, slept fine that night, and has been fine since. (What a relief that was - I had been worrying her reaction might be much worse than that!)
