Question Sudden change in sleep pattern

Hi there. I'm new to the forum so I'm not sure if this has already been discussed. My 3 month old baby had just all of a sudden started sleeping for long stretches during the day. His night sleep has remained the same but he is now sleeping longer during the day so is down to four feeds. Does anyone know if this is a normal change at this age?

Hi Angie! Sounds normal and as long as the night time sleeping is ok, I'd say your little bubba is probably having a growth spurt and is a little more tired during the day. The sleep times/lengths change constantly in the first year. Our DS went from 3 day sleeps of 40 mins, to 2 sleeps of an hour and now is trying to drop another sleep. As for the feeds dropping, as long as you are seeing wet nappies and a happy baby, all sounds fine! Enjoy the quiet time while you have it :-)

Just wanted to say hi Angie Dee!
it sounds pretty normal to me, just as long he's not keeping you up all night!
