Post 13 month old - what to feed and when?

I feel that DD does not eat enough solids. She has:

    Breakfast 8:30am
    Lunch 11am
    Dinner 5:30pm

And 2 snacks. I want to increase this. She is still demanding 2 naps.

What sort of snacks do you give your DD/DS? DD has sandwiches, a piece of fruit or yogurt. Please share your ideas with me. Thanks.

At that age they can eat pretty much anything. My boys love fruit, yoghurt, rice cakes (the Coles or Sunrice plain thick ones are the only low salt ones I can find so I only buy those), muesli bars (although they have only recently started having these), sultanas (yes, I know, that's fruit!), cheese (real cheese, not processed cheese sticks), vegie muffins or zucchini slice squares, almonds (maybe not at 13 months though), DS2 loves raw carrots, avocado (actually my boys don't like this, but most kids that age do!), hommus (is great as a dip with baked pita bread dippers).

I'm sure there are other things but that's a few ideas to get you started.
