yummm cant wait
I got an email with a most joyous attachment today! The master chef cook book has been leaked (much the same way as the Jamie Oliver one a few years back). It looks soooo yummy!

yummm cant wait
OOOhhh I wanna see!!!
I have been sent it by email twice last week!
I'm sure Mods will smack my on the nose with a rolled up news paper. I suspect it's going around to all foodies like wild-fire, though. Today I think I emailed it to everyone I know!!

Consider it smacked!!!
If it were a little known cook who was trying to get their book out there, I would feel so awful and horrible for that poor person who put their heart and soul into writing it. I don't think its right to send it around, but I guess I also don't think its right to burn cd's and DVD's. I don't like seeing artists ripped off.
The Jamie Oliver leak was a hoax. They were all his recipes but from old books, it wasn't a real book.
Oooh yeah, SMACK!
I hope it doesn't affect sales too much, it'd be awful if no-one buys it because they already have the online version and she doesn't make the money she's entitled to.
ETA: Guess 3 mods in a row confirms what you suspected our opinion would be - along with your probably now-broken nose.![]()
yeh I got it last week!
A bit of raw steak will help that nose![]()
I still thing I would buy the book. Nothing compares to an actual cook book. I just want to cook NOW, not in a few months time.
brontide - really? I have about three of his books... but have honestly never cooked from them, so wouldn't notice!
If you want to cook now you can look at the Masterchef website. They have lots of the recipes up there.
entreat it's not censorship (in reference to your subtle change of edit reason for a mod editing your post). It's called protecting the forum from litigation. So if you want to continue this publicly we can too. We're not censoring. We are trying to make sure a forum stays here for all. We've been served for less, and you'd think maybe just once we'd have our members interest at heart here. Don't you think?
Oh and debating a moderators decision or making a public scene is warrant for an infraction. Just in case you didn't know.
