How well does one know their body after 2 babies?

I am 20 days post DTD, queasyness today, feeling stretching in the uterus for the last few days as well as having an increase in discharge. I took a test last night which was BFN but my wee was clear. I most certainly feel pregnant, I feel exactly like I did last May. I just don't have an AF to go off of even though I have only been feeding 4 times a day and twice at night for the last month or 2.

Could it be all in my head or is it possible to know your body that well?

Partially looking for answers and partially here as not to drive everyone else insane with my wondering.

I think it's quite possible. DW has known all three times before we tested.

I've never been able to tell but I hear so many women know straight away without testing. You are just very intune with your body gorgeous.

    By the way CONGRATULATIONS!!!

A heck of a lot better than before two babies I reckon!

Sounds fun Sarah. The other suggestion I thought of is that you're about to get your period (I've felt very pregnant just before getting my first period after each bub), it felt like my body was making big changes, but I guess those changes were just my body moving back into 'ready to reproduce' mode.

DP won't be happy if I am, it will be the 2nd time that we dtd since X was born! He will think he has bad odds. (I suppose it is bad odds to dtd 2 times in 7 months poor guy.)

I wonder if I feel the stretching because of having the c/s with Noah. I have the same aching as I did post c/s.

Does discharge increase this much before af as well? Part of me wants to be expecting but part of me doesn't want to see DP suffer with stress either. I will have to test again on Wednesday morning, 22 days post dtd should be ample enough time for hcg to show up on a test?

I will probably lose patience and test tomorrow again!

Thanks everyone, I will post my results as soon as I know!

You may even just be ovulating, hence the extra mucous? Before my af I have very little to no mucous and if I do have any, it is very very sticky and thick - certainly not like ewcm. I would test again with FMU just to be certain as yes, if you are indeed pg it will show up 22 days past DTD.

It should definitely show up 22 days post DTD so I would do the test again with FMU.
Good luck, hope you get the result you want!

My boobs gave it away, I didn't even think we had a chance but I got that tingle and tested and BFP. So yep, I knew before testing.

AAARG!!! I lost patience of course, I am worse than a child in a candy shop! BFN and I used FMU. I guess DP will think his odds are a bit better now. I think he was starting to sweat a bit. I guess maybe AF might be rearing her ugly head soon enough, I have never felt like this for it before though.

As for feeling it in the boobs first, I did with Noah but for Xavier I didn't. Maybe because I was BF still and I am still BFing both although Noah doesn't count much since it is once every day or 2.

I really wish I was pregnant now *sigh*. Thanks again for all the wonderful support!

    Wish me luck today!!!

I have an ultrasound in just over an hour, I still have all the symptoms but all 13 urine tests have been negative and 1 blood test has been negative as well. Not sure what to think but the u/s should be definitive.

Well I am definitely not pregnant

The u/s technician obviously can't say anything but I am meant to follow up so there is something. I did ask questions about what things were, I saw a big black spot while she was over my left ovary and asked what it was and she said a follicle, her measurement was 33mm and all I know is that is big for a follicle.... there was nothing on the right ovary and nothing in the uterus. Hopefully it is nothing too sinister. I got a letter in the post saying I am overdue for my pap so I will book in to get results and have that done.

    I'm kinda scared.
