what to do with pork chops??

hi everyone, ive pulled pork chops out for dinner, but im a bit over the usual chops with gravy, mash and vege. What do u do with ur pork chops??

google a recipe for pork chops with pears or apples.
I love pork choppies and we always have with apple sauce (tip-you can use the tins of heinze baby apples as apple sauce, same animal KWIM)
I dont have a recipe but nxt time I make em, am gunna bake them with pears or something like that.

i crumb them with home made crumbs with rosemary and thyme mmmm

then serve with salad.

just dry fry them to brown teh crumbs and then bake for 15 min on a med-low heat.

hubby loves them and DD goes crazy over them

gonna give the crumbs a go, cant really be bothered going to the shops for a jar of apple sauce, but will buy it next shop

Yeh, i've used the Aldi tin of baby apple puree as a apple sauce (it's actually the Heinz brand) ... i think 69 or 79cents a tin
