    Silent Knife

    I'm very interested in reading this book - anyone know where I can get a copy? I've tried online bookstores and none are available to order online. I thought it might be in the BB bookshop, but it appears not.

    Any suggestions? Or anyone that has a copy that wouldn't mind parting with it for me to buy or borrow?
