What about just using a small duffle bag from a luggage store??

I bought a weekender nappy bag for when we go away. They are a small duffle bag as Twin Sister suggested. You can get different brands depending what you want to spend. (mine was about $50 at Big W). It has all the same bits as a normal bag, just a larger general compartment.

Isoki nappy bags are BIG, but i wouldn't recommend one as they are too heavy, especially loaded up with nappies.

I would get your toddler a kids backpack thats not too heavy for them to carry, and put their things in it.
I have an isoki nappy bag which is one of the biggest you can get of "nappy" bags, and its really very heavy with things in for one baby, let alone 3.

Oioi and isoki do large bags, or otherwise something form a luggage store may be a better option for you, Im just worried about how you will lift it? Will your partner be going with you a lot of the time, or will it be you and all the kids? If there will be 2 adults Id get 2 nappy bags for the triplets and a backpack for your DS

What sort of pram will you have? Will it have good storage underneath? Maybe you could get a regular large nappy bag and have "extras" under the pram in another bag or several little packages? That way the immediate needs are close to hand and you can restock periodically. I'm guessing you won't be able to carry them everywhere so you will have a decent sized pram?

I'd also recommend the Babygear Weekender from Big W... It's the biggest I've seen and feels like it's made of a very lightweight material so you're not carrying extra weight on top of what's packed in it...
