Buying nappies or material in Vietnam/ SE Asia

I am visiting Vietnam and surrounding countries (Cambodia, Thailand, possibly Laos, possibly Singapore) and just wondering if anybody has purchased any good modern cloth nappies or nappy making material in any of these countries.

Yeah, that's what got me thinking. I would just have to find the right material... may have to spend awhile in the markets, what a pity.
