Hello ladies,

Just wondering if anyone has or knows of someone that has one of these hammocks?

I had my heart set on the Amby but my finances just wont allow it =(

So i just wanted to know as i cant find any information on it and im scared it doesnt meet the safety standards....

Could anyone give me any advice???

Would you buy an amby second hand? They come up on e-bay regularly, and you could buy new mattress if you wanted.

Hi Kallee, where abouts in Melbourne are you?

I have an Amby Hammock that I bought at the beginning of this year and DS has been in it no more than 3 or 4 times for about 20 minutes (if that) each time! It is seriously just sitting here getting no use whatsoever. He has never been wet in it or vomitted or anything at all - basically brand new. I have held off selling it as I keep telling myself I will test him out in it again but pretty much just don't want to admit I wasted my money but deep down I know I did and he's never going to make good use of it!!

I've also got all the accessories that can come with it, including mosquito net, the jolly jumper attachment thing, 2 x mattress covers and more stuff I can't remember off the top of my head. It's all white.

I purchased it all for about $400 and happy to sell it to you for much less and you can have all the extra bits too!!

ETA...one accessory we do use though is the bolsters/support cushion type thingy which we will keep!
