What is your baby's heartbeat on the doppler?

I was just wondering what everyones baby's heartbeat is at their dr appt. My baby girl ranges from 130-140 generally.

Just wondering what everyone thinks of those myths about low heartbeat for boys and high for girls etc. I think it's a load of rubbish.

    Cheers

My baby's heartbeat is always around the 140-150 range. On my doppler at home it was always 146 or 147. But I don't know what I am having either, so it probably doesn't count

I've had 2 other kids. First one, daughter was 141bpm at her ultrasound. Son was 146bpm at his ultrasound. This time, my daughter was 167 at her first ultrasound (10 weeks)..not sure about other ultrasounds...but it now ranges from low 120s to 140s. So don't count on the heartbeat as being a judge of the sex. I think normal is from 120-160 or so (under and above these numbers being fine too, as long as not too low).
