I would say yes, try a teaspoon and see how you go
Warm water is supposed to help also

Massage work wonders, just make sure you go CLOCKWISE or you will make it worse

little bit of raw sugar in warm water will help
if not you can actually get a laxative suitable for babies from teh chemist.

prune juice may take a day or 2 to work.
if it is really hurting her take her back to the dr and see what they say, is her tummy hard or distended? ( kinda buldging or looking firmer than usual)

Ok cool I will try the prune juice. With the rubbing is it just a light clockwise rub on her belly?
her tummy does get firm when she is in pain, I think if she keeps doing it she will end up with a 6 pack haha.

Yup just a light clockwise rub. With Aiden I gave him a warm bath and afterwards a tummy rub and hed get the job done pretty quickly

the clockwise direction aides digestion and is the way things move through your gut. Rubbing anti clockwise will usually make you vomit if you are nauseas or make you more constipated.
