Hi guys,

I'm fairly new to all this as it's my first pregnancy. My HCG levels below were:

At <4 weeks = 56
At 6w 5d (Friday) = 90548
At 7w 1d (Monday) = 119000+

The doc seemed very happy with these readings and I asked him about whether it was supposed to keep doubling because over the weekend it didn't and he said that didn't matter all he cared about was that it continued to rise. The nurse also thought my levels were great. Also at 6 weeks 2 days I had an u/s that showed a a 6.05mm baby with a strong heartbeat of 126bpm.

I just want to know if it's normal for HCG levels to slow down like mine did between the 7-8 week mark?
