Dribbling

I have 3 year old twins, one of whom dribbles alot. They aren't clear in their speech and am taking them to a speech pathologist soon. Just wondering if others have experienced this and if the dribbling and speech delay are related?

Yep...speech delay and dribbling are often related.

Sometimes they come under the diagnosis of "dyspraxia but not always.
