Floppy head/neck

Just wondering how long bubs have a floppy head? When do they get the strength in their neck?

Hey....I'm just going by what I've experienced with DD
She wasn't OVERLY floppy when born (but this might be all babies, not sure)
But then I was getting a bit worried by the time she was about 4 months as she couldn't hold her head for very long when on her stomach....but then about 1 or two weeks later, she could hold her head up (when on her stomach) really good...(it's funny how one day you're worried and then the next day they prove your worries wrong!)....but I'm assuming all bubs are different.
