Acronyms & Abbreviations - HELP !

My name is Sammi and I am brand new to this site - or any pregnancy site as a matter of fact !

I have been reading some of the posts and have become really confused by all the acronyms and abbreviations that most people use such as DD, DS, DH..?

I haven't been able to find anywhere on the site that details what these mean, and so am wondering if someone can point me in the right direction?

I know it probably sounds silly and I should probably be able to work it out for myself, but I am having trouble.
