Can a vaccine leak after injection ???

Hi all,

This may sound stupid but I was just wondering if it is possible for a vaccine to leak out of the injection site after being injected?
I recently had a vaccine injection, Hep A+B to be exact and shortly after the injection i had a routine checkup by the doctor in which he took my blood pressure on the same arm of the injection site. Of course it squeezed my arm pretty hard and I was just wondering whether it is possible for a vaccine to be ever be squeezed out by pressure around the arm?

I would think not, the fluid goes into your cells and is absorbed very quickly.

generally no as teh needle is so thin it closes over quite quickly, it is common to leak immediately after like teh second teh needle is removed if correct technique is not used and a Z track is not done to prevent back flow.
but 5 min after no there isnt any chance that it would leak out. well i have never seen it and i do over 150 vaccines a week

kawazuki, just on the leaking after one second... Jazz had her vacs at 12 months, and as the nurse was pulling one of the needles out some fluid which I assumed was the vac seemed to come out with it... is that normal?
