combination of mmr and chickenpox

Hi all;

The other week when I had my child health nurse home visit, I accidently got into a little debate with the nurse. Basically she just asked if dd1 was fully immunised and when I said no, she asked why. I told her my reasons, and she accepted them, but then went onto say that the government plans on following the USA and combining the mnr and chickenpox vaccines. According to her this will be happening in under a year!!!

Has anyone else heard this??

If its true, I dont like it, and would really like to try and stop them from doing it!!!

If this is true my twins will not be getting their first dose of the MMR aged 5 as I had planned, see my post on the other vaccination / autism thread for my explanations (I don't want to cross post).

I find the very thought terrifying.

i certainly hope not i vaccinate but will not give chicken pox one or the rota virus one
