Anyone do the Sue Dengate (Fed Up)/ 'Failsafe' diet?
I saw Sue Dengate's "Fed Up" book referred to in a post here, and I went off and hired it from the library. I'm only part way through it, but I'm pretty interested in it. I have a long history of food sensitivities and have been through all sorts of health problems and various diets. Currently I don't observe many dietary restrictions, but I think I would feel better if I did.
Anyhow, just wondered if anyone does this diet or has tried it, and how you have found it, or if anyone has any other feedback on it? I still think its a little strange to think about cutting out (many) fruits and veggies- seems counter-intuitive.
