    Lunch for a Labour/Birth workshop?

We are due to attend a birthing/labour workshop in a few weeks, and we have each been asked to bring a plate of food to share for lunch, with a microwave available for heating if needed.

I'm not the greatest of cooks at the best of times, but also preparing something for a room half full of other pregnant women, I'm kinda stuck for ideas. I was thinking of a simple zucchini slice, I'm happy to eat it but not sure if other pregnant women would want to eat a strangers cooking with eggs in it. Or am I just overthinking the whole thing? Probably knowing me!

    Any other suggestions?

I went to one where it was a similar arrangement. There was a mix of egg based slices (zucchini and quiche) and some salads. We all ate heaps!!!

Good stuff, that's all I need to know - I had this horror vision of walking in and everyone turning their noses up! It also stems from having a few pregnant friends atm who seem so so fussy over what they are eating. I don't hold it against them and you have to use common sense, but they are past the painful stage!

    Cheers!
