Unhappy My loving son noah r.i.p

ok ladies so i'm new here seeking some support from others who have been through what i been through. i suffered a total of 2 miscarriages the first one was at 14 weeks back in 2003 but this last one was my baby son who i miss and cry about so much his name was Noah he was 21 weeks gestation when his heart stopped beating. I was left in the dark and im so confused about what happened to him, 11/14/09 labor and delivery for bad headaches did a scan to check the baby and there he was kicking and moving around wavving at me and i was so happy to see my first son wavving to his mommy i was relieved knowing he was doing great and he made me smile just feeling and seeing him, 11/14/09 prescribed tylenol codiene for my headaches discharged and sent back to clinic 2 days later for a check-up 11/16/09 clinic sends me back to labor and delivery cause the headaches were still there did another scan just to check on him and nomore heartbeat my body went numb i was screaming so deeply hugging my husband and screaming at god i couldn't believe he took my world from me my first son. I delivered him vaginally on 11/17/09 without pain meds because they said m blood levels were out of wack and i could bleed out if i had an epidural so i endured the pain of birth for 16 hours just to have no baby at all my heart is aching sorry for the long post.

    Sadmum,

I am so very sorry to hear of the loss of your beautiful son Noah.
I hope you can find the answers you're needing.

I too have an angel baby named Noah who was born at 20w5d gestation. I hope our Noah's find each other in heaven and play together among the stars.

    sadmum,

i'm so sorry for your losses. My prayers are with you, your husband and precious Noah.

It's early, early days yet and your grief must still be so raw.
I can't imagine going through all those hours of physical pain in addition to the emotional pain of miscarriage.
I delivered my little boy at just 14 weeks with no birth pain other than some contractions that stopped after an hour or so. I too had seen the wee man waving and kicking just a short while before he left us.

I was left in the dark and im so confused about what happened to him
Are you still waiting on test results for Noah or yourself?

I know that I felt very much in limbo while I waited to find out the results of the post mortem and it was almost as if I was stuck in a loop going through all the awful scenarios in my head.

I'm not saying it's been any easier since the results came back, in some ways I've found it harder, but I do think I'm moving forward now, not just going round and round in my own head.

I don't know if anything I've said will help but I know I support here just knowing there were people here who sadly had some idea of what I was experiencing. I wish it wasn't the case, nobody should have to go through this, but it did help to know about this little knot of strength in cyberspace!

Love to you and your little Noah.

sadmumof2009 - there are no words that can really help. I am so sorry you've been through this hearbreak and anguish. Little Noah - what a gorgeous name. I went through a labour similar to yours without pain meds. Hope you are recovering well enough from your labour, the emotional turmoil makes it even more difficult. Thinking of you. Go gently.

I'm so sorry for your loss!

My 4 angels were all lost before 8 weeks, but I remember seeing my first angel on the ultrasound, waving at me (I know it was too early for him to be doing that, but thats what it looked like) before I was given the devastating news that he would never survive once he was born. It's always so hard, and I know it's still early days yet for you, but it will get better, easier to deal with though it will still make you sad, and cry, and question everything. I'm praying for you, and for your precious angel, and my thoughts are with you. Those of us who lose our precious babies are the strongest of all, because of the pain that they have to live with every day. You are a proud, strong woman, and I believe that your little Noah is looking down on you now, and proud of you and wishing he had been able to spend more time you.
I have tears in my eyes while typing this, tears for you, for your little Noah, and for every angel baby that has been lost.
I've been rambling on I know, but I just had to type this, hopefully it helps a bit.

I am so sorry to hear about your losses. I lost a son at 22 weeks and a daughter at 28 weeks. After I lost my second baby I was put on clexane injections. The clexane worked for me! I have a healthy baby boy that is now 7 months old. It is something that you should talk to your doctor about. I wish that I would have asked about it after my first loss.
